We had 4 beautiful feral kittens that we fell in love with but already having 2 indoor cats and 2 outdoor cats just couldn't take care of them all. We fixed the male and now it's time to fix the female. My heart ❤️ is broken but I knew pet pride would find wonderful homes for them. The building is totally set up for them with kind people caring for these babies. God bless them for all the care and love provided and the people who bring them to their homes as well. Thank you Pet Pride for all you do!! Vascukynas Family

We adopted a kitten from them that had obvious health issues, and it was very stressful, possibly a chronic issue. They offered no medication or assistance. We were even hesitant to adopt him because we knew he seemed sickly but felt pressured. Pet Pride says if it doesn't work out, you can return the cat to them, and in my experience many other rescues allow a two week window in case it doesn't work out, especially if there is a resident cat involved and they don't get along. We weren't even asking for our money back, but we trusted that returning the kitten within two weeks to them was the right thing to do and we wouldn't be penalized for that. Well, they told us we can never adopt from them again just because we did what they requested and returned the kitten to them. They blamed us for all the issues with the kitten as if it was our fault, but we've since adopted a kitten that has none of those issues whatsoever and gets along great with our current cat. Just beware, they will hold it against you if you return a cat you adopt from them even though that's what they ask you to do.

I adopted my cat cider from pet pride in 2022! She is my bestie I love her so much. She has the funniest meow and is very sweet, cuddly and playful. I am grateful I was able to find her at pet pride, and I think it was fate because she was dropped off there only a few hours before we showed up and adopted her. The facility is very nice and the cats can roam around and play. I remember the staff being friendly, helpful and caring towards the cats.

This place is the best cat shelter I have ever seen. They don't keep cats in cages and let them roam around the building and includes a cat patio for those who want a little fresh air. Staff are very sweet and helpful. 100 percent I recommend

They seem very friendly and caring. We had surrendered 2 of our cats because we could no longer take care of them due to health issues on our part. They were both completely healthy had no problems at all had even been to the vet earlier this year who said they were totally healthy. A couple weeks after surrendering them. One of them supposedly got sick had fluid in her lungs and had a bad liver so they put her down and checked her brother who they said was fine and healthy but then not even a week later the EXACT same thing happened to her brother. I don’t believe they are a no kill shelter. I still want answers from what happened but never got a response back from them. I get the impression they only care to have kittens and not senior cats or adult ones because most people only adopt kittens.

We met our sweet Abby tabby cat a week ago and absolutely fell in love. Everyone at the rescue was knowledgeable about all the cats and honest about their behaviors if there were any. We brought Abby home with us and she was shy at first but has since come right out of her shell. Her eye started watering and the rescue got us right in and treated her without cost. Pet pride is an amazing rescue and we would absolutely use them again!!

I adopted my kitten here about a month ago and the staff is so friendly and helpful! I called a few times for extra information as this is the first kitten I've had and they answered a lot of my questions! I would say though I would have liked a little more information in the packet they give out about the procedures once they are spayed/neutered because this being my first kitten, I wasn't aware that you should prevent them from jumping as much as possible and watch out if they are not using the bathroom after 72 hours (which my kitten was not doing) or not eating properly and I had a pretty big scare. They did let me know to check around the scar for any redness or bumps to make sure it doesn't get infected but maybe a little bit more details in the (already nicely constructed) packet they give out. But overall really great experience and I'd definitely go back to adopt again!
