I’ve had multiple wash passes for many of my vehicles and my current vehicle. The touchless automatic wash bays always seem to be broken. More than half the time lately bay 1 seems to be closed because it’s busted, and bay 2 functions but has certain modes (like the spot free rinse) that do not work. I would love it if these bays got the same upgrades that the Fairport location got, it would make it feel like the money we spend on the wash pass’s actually goes towards keeping up on the maintenance of this location.

Great service even better wash, my truck does not fit in most car wash businesses rapid car wash accommodates my dually no problem. Bigger and new site is coming in the future, they will continue to get my business 100 percent.

I frequent Rapid Car Wash and have always been very satisfied with their results! I have a ceramic coated vehicle and have tried many different touch free/ laser washes in the area. This one by far cleans the car the best, without leaving any missed spots, and gives the car a thorough drying on the way out.

Cheap washes, but it seems you get what you pay for. Lots of soap residue left all over the back and sides of my car. I get that after a wash, it can help to towel dry everything by hand, which I didn’t have time to do — but even then, you shouldn’t have tons of soap left all over your car after leaving.

Used the automatic wash. Car now looks like new! I can't think of any negatives. Highly recommend!

Over charged my card!!! Said $4 on the machine but got charged $10 for a measly 4 minutes! I won’t ever use this again! Only$6 in Fairport for same machines! Rip off!!!

Always get my white SUV spotless using the self wash and only 5 dollars I don't bother with the dryer just use the spray wax after the rinse and the water beads right off

Overall, I really like getting my car washed here. There isnt typically long lines. The only complaint I have is that there aren't free vacuums at all of them.
