Bought my engagement ring 18 years ago. Still gorgeous. Adding cradle set to it. Can’t wait to get it back!! We always try to see Angela, she is the best and been there since our first visit. Got it all, they cleaned the engagement ring and it looks like it was all made originally as set. Love it! Thank you again Angela!!! ❤️

Bought some jewelry from here, but you never know the true rate of customer service until something goes wrong. Wife had to get rings resized. Thank goodness I had the insurance (which takes the cost of resizing out of the value you are covered for), but we are now about 2 months without engagement ring. Just called for update and still won't be done for another couple weeks. I fully understand this is a 1st world problem, but she will have spent almost all summer and 2 vacations without her adored ring (including our anniversary). That's a problem for her, which makes it a problem for me, so here I am. I know I don't spend $10s of thousands, but I also have many more local options that aren't a half hour drive away that I can get gifts from. A simple "I'm sorry, but we will make sure to hook you up on your next purchase" would have done much better than a "I don't have any control over the repair time" response I just received. I'm probably nit picking, but I certainly don't like to see my wife disappointed - isn't that the opposite of what all jewelry stores advertise?
What I'm saying is I feel like this was a new car purchase where they love you when you're buying, but when you need service, that over the top care is nowhere to be found.

I special ordered an engagement ring with a unique stone from Reeds back in March. I was quoted around 5-6 weeks with a proposal time early May and unfortunately due to some logistical and shipping errors the ring did not make it on time. The staff wasted no time in finding a solution and went absolutely above and beyond in righting the situation. Gary worked around the clock to make sure I had a beautiful custom ring created completely free of charge last minute for the proposal while continuing to stay up to date with the original rings shipping notifications until it was finally delivered. I picked up the engagement ring today and it was absolutely worth the wait. Any other jeweler could've easily apologized for the inconvenience and ended it there but Gary went out of his way to drive to Buffalo the morning of my proposal to make an amazing ring last minute. I cannot thank the staff at Reeds enough for the incredible craftsmanship, customer service and overall atmosphere during this stressful time. I will definitely be recommending them to anybody with jewelry needs in the future.

Angela is an exceptional jeweler. She worked with my husband to design my own wedding ring and bands. She always remembers us when we come in, and she takes time to make us feel like family. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Everyone will make you feel seen, heard, and give you exactly what you are hoping or searching for.

Very impersonal service. Should have dealt directly with jewelry designer's store.Make a list of all questions you want answered, compare jewlers before purchasing (just because your friend or relative had a good experience there-doesn't mean you will), if you've purchased life long coverage for your purchased piece, ask for details in writing, if paperwork is refused, ask to speak to manager.Purchasing a piece of jewelry for someone special should be a happy experience, not an experience filled with regret. Receiving a receipt that looks like it was for a cracker jack toy is shocking. Ask for the stores letterhead paper describing the piece of jewelry - size, weight, color etc. Being refused that information? Ask to speck to manager.
