Really disappointed. My parents needed a new spring on their garage door and were locked in their house. We called and this place said they could do the repair that day. When my Dad asked the price, the guy on the phone did not answer, then asked for my Dads phone number & address, and said someone would call, then hung up on him as he was asking again for the price. No one called my Dad back, and no one came out to fix the door. We have called back several times and they do not answer their phone. ??Bad customer service and a no show. Don’t waste your time here.

The guys from same day garage spring repair were TERRIFIC!My double garage door was coming off the tracks, Al arrived the same day and did an incredible job: quickly assessing the situation, replacing the rollers and reinstalling the sensor so they were better placed. I can tell the door is working better than before it went off tracks.All in all highly recommended.

I contacted them about a persistent issue with my garage door not closing on some days... A technician, James, showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem as an alignment of the sensors -- and explained that the lights were supposed to be green on one, orange on the other, which I'd thought was a problem -- and once the sensors were aligned and tightened, the lights steady, the garage door closes fine. And he charged me only for the trip! A week later, and half a dozen additional tries, door is still working fine. If I ever have any more serious issue, I'll certainly contact Same Day Garage Spring again.

Based on their ratings, we called these people when our garage door broke. I described the situation, and they over the phone identified the issue and dispatched a technician within a few hours. They did an excellent job repairing the garage door and even took the time to oil a few of the squeaky hinges.

When I called to have my garage door assessed for repair, technicians from this place came out the same day. They began with minor repairs before determining that I required a new garage door opener. The installation was quick, and my new setup is great. I would recommend this place and the technicians to anyone for their professional and excellent work at an affordable price.

If you need any kind of Garage repair work call Same Day Garage Spring Repair LLC. I was at work Friday night and my wife calls me and said the door came slamming down and won't open she had to have 3 relatives come out in the evening to help lift the garage door to get the car out. Looked like the tension spring broke. I called Same Day Garage Spring Repair LLC and they said they could come out the same day. I was like wow! Jeremy showed up very nice and polite looked at the spring and went over a lot of details about the garage door and spring and gave me so much information that I didn't know such as the need to lubricate and maintain the garage door. We had him right there replaced the spring and we did a few tweaking to make it better for us. Great service highly recommend Same Day Garage Spring Repair LLC to anyone in Victor. I would give them 20 star review if I could. We're going to need our garage door replace in the future we will be using Same Day Garage Spring Repair LLC.
