Seneca Travel Plaza is a very small but clean travel plaza on the thruway with plenty of room and good options. It has Dunkin, Popeyes, and an AppleGreen shop with food and accessories. The bathrooms are clean but not large. Some find the building too small for the amount of people, noting other rest stops are larger. While generally open with all services, there have been issues with all gender bathrooms marked out of order, which some find unacceptable and a potential reflection of bias. Popeyes was observed as expensive compared to off the thruway.
