Excellent service very knowledgeable staff. I had my 10 year old with me and the sales associate really made a trip to the paint store not so boring. She had good knowledge of the products and gave great advice on prep.

Thanks to Anthony for providing excellent service! I spent too much time at a nearby orange DIY store and left very frustrated with their selection and lack of service. I called Sherman-Williams in Victor and they had the paint I needed, but were closing in 15 minutes. I took a chance and went there, and arrived 7 minutes before closing on a Friday night. Anthony got the paint, mixed the color, and helped me select the accessories I needed. He was so polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will definitely return to this store in the future.

The guy that “helped” me was so condescending and rude. Took him a while to walk up to the front and when he did, I had to approach HIM. I then asked a simple question and instead of being friendly he was incredibly condescending and just arrogant. Quickly shut me down. One word answers. Didnt care to offer suggestions. I turned around and walked out. I chose Sherwin because I work for a property management company and we have an account with them. Figured I’d give them the business. NOPE. Went down the road to Home Depot and guess what? I got everything I needed for my project. Cashed out, went home, and got started. What a shame.

I walked into Sherwin-Williams with no paint knowledge whatsoever, as well as no product ideas. I walked out maybe 10-15 minutes later with much more knowledge, and the exact products I was needing. I love the color I ended up with.

Sales lady was rude from the second i walked in the store, my husband had called ahead to explain exactly what he want. He had been a cabinet maker for 40 years. She was highlighting and reading info in front of her i did not know it was in conjunction of me dropping off product to have made a specific shade of white. Started asking me if he was trying to turn it into a paint…..i said i know nothing about this he called you guys. I said if you have a question call you his number. I moved the sample so she cld call so she does call, starts telling my husband she can only add up to 4 ozs. My husband was like i dont care how much you add i just want that sample color.!!! Soooo now she asks him, so your trying to turn this into a paint????? My husband as so put off, hes like i don't understand your question as it is paint says paint on the can. Now its wrong and we now have to go to canandaigua to fix it who well know employ issues in Victor ny. SERIOUSLY get real employs Sherwin and Willians Proffesionals do NOT have time to RUN around:(. While the store employees were total professionals as always, the fact that a company as large as this cannot deliver on keeping contractors like myself in business by not supplying product while at the same time telling me they will be raising my prices is unacceptable I will be shopping else where after more than 25 years
