AJ fixed our phone issue in 60 seconds. T-Mobile phone support couldn't figure out the issue for over an HOUR!

Pretty disappointing. I was having a reboot problem with my phone which started due to an over-the-air pushed software update. They only wanted to sell me a new phone and a new plan. I am grandfathered into an excellent plan and do not want to change. I went next door to Verizon and had a better experience. I fix the phone myself with Android Debug Bridge. You would think the store would be at least capable of advising, but they were not, or at least the lady I dealt with appeared to be incentivized to sell, not serve. They did have all the latest models of phones and some decent incentive plans -- that just wasn't what I needed.

I walked in with an "emergency" issue with my phone (water issue & needing it for GPS for multiple appointments). AJ, Joseph & staff gave me expert & friendly service (on 2 occasions). It would have been easier (& lucrative) for them to tell me that i needed a new phone, but they took the time to fix mine at no charge. Before this, I was thinking of dropping T-Mobile for another carrier but b/o AJ & his friendly staff , I will remain a loyal customer...thank u AJ!

Excellent service, was very solicitous to help. Highly recommend. AT&T didn't do the least it needed to, on the other hand T-Mobile answered us quickly and solved our problems!! Fantastic service.

I have been a customer with T-Mobile for almost 5 years, I pay for coverage for All of my devices. My son misplaced his phone and I was told by T-Mobile that I can’t get my phone or money because something in the system doesn’t match . AFTER PAYING FOR COVERAGE FOR SO LONG. Some great customer service, it’s ok for me to loose out on a year of money because of T-Mobiles bad service

My daughter ordered her new Iphone14pro at the Webster NY location on Sunday. They told me it would be sent to my house and I had to set it up myself. I couldn’t bring it to them. That I needed to do it myself. Im not technical. Got it later today and went to Eastview mall TMoble to ask for HELP. Tanya was SO HELPFUL! She took her time and helped my daughter with transferring her old to her new phone AND even helped with setting up her own APPLE ID that was under her fathers. I feel bad because she spent a lot of time and the commission went to the guy at the Webster location. If anyone needs anything need to see Tanya. I will be reaching out to corporate!! Thank you Tanya!! You are truly a blessing

Went to the Victor location today (10/17) to look into buying new phones and ask a few questions about our plan. There was 1 employee there at the time, in the middle of us asking questions he gets on FaceTime and starts talking to a girl, blatantly ignoring us. We walked out and I'm not sure he even noticed. Disgusting lack of customer service.

Good prices and lots of choices. They do not put enough effort into improving existing networks. My drive from downtown Rochester to Palmyra has 3 dead spots and has for many years.

Would never buy a phone or start a plan at this location. Sales assistant was rude an not helpful. I won’t be back!
