Staff is extremely rude and talk a whole lot of mess, but not ready to back it up off the clock. Assistant manager is cool though one person in the store that does a good job and is a decent human.

The manager was the rudest customer service employee I’ve ever met. I tried to exchange a shirt I got as a gift, but I didn't have a receipt. The manager raised her voice and talked down to me. I’ve worked in customer service for a long time and would never speak to a customer rudely for simply not knowing a policy. Online it says that exchanges can be made without a receipt. I liked Tilly’s and now I don’t ever want to shop at the Eastview location if she is there.

Really rude staff told me they were closing in five minutes. Totally gave me the vibe like they didn’t even want me in the store or want my money clearly I’ll shop elsewhere from now on. they just lost a customer for life. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

Bought a pair of Vans on line from Tillys. The suede ripped the first day when putting the shoes on. 2-3" rip across the top of the toe area. Tillys won't return them even thought they're like new. Hayden said they are not in the original condition.

Excellent customer service and care given well I was searching for a new outfit. It is very difficult for me to find clothes that fit me well but I was able to find things here that I felt good in. Thank you to the tillys team for all of the help

The people who worked there were not kind and yelled at us for blocking the entrance when we were looking at the display in the front :( multiple employees gave us attitude while asking for help

I'll echo all the other reviews of the blonde store manager Caley Austin. She is an absolute pathetic excuse of a "manager" who has zero customer service skills. She spent the entire time gossiping with her employees and complaining about her job rather than helping at all. 1 star is generous- Leadership should take all these reviews into consideration if they truly care about their customers & business at this location!!

I wish I could have gave this review no stars at all. The workers here are unbelievablely rude this one blonde girl spoke to me today like I was a child i was appalled to say the least she said “PUT YOUR MASK OVER YOUR NOSE I AM NOT GOING TO ASK AGAIN” those were her exact words and my mask was covering my nose I don’t know who she think she was talking to like that but this is one of the lost rudest workers I have ever had a encounter with. And the sad part is before I loved shopping at tillys unfortunately I will not be wasting my money any more there because of this horrendous lady. SHE SHOULD GET FIRED FOR THE WORDS SHE HAS SAID and this is not the first time someone has had a bad encounter with this lady as i read other reviews it’s seems she’s a bit of a problem for everyone hope this lady gets the mental help she needs. Do better hiring tillys!

They have no written policy on store returns for PayPal purchases. I brought a skirt in to be returned and was curious as to why I couldn’t be refunded. The blond girl was extremely rude and essentially told me it wasn’t her problem and to contact customer service if I wanted. I informed her I wouldn’t trouble myself over the 18 dollars, but really appreciated the suggestion. Bye Tillys!

The online store sent me two tanks instead of two tee shirts, they recognized their mistake but told me I had to mail them back or take them to a store to get a refund. I went to the store and dealt with seriously the rudest young male. I did, accidentally, come in a half hour before they opened and he was very rude about it. I was of course, embarrassed and apologetic but he was so cold about it and tried to make me feel stupid -I was literally afraid to come back in, but I did. And unfortunately, I had to deal with him again when I checked out. He acted like he was a manager. His first comment to me was "now we're open" not sure if that was an attempt at humor but it was a miss. He was quite insufferable. I also returned a jacket after finding out the pockets were fake. He told me I should rip the seams to cut my own pockets and he seemed very annoyed when I told him I didn't want to do that. He said "returning everything then?" In this judgey tone like my return some how affected his paycheck. He made so many weird passive aggressive comments that just weren't necessary, and I have no idea why he targeted me. He was just super weird and awkward and made me SOOO uncomfortable. He sent my anxiety through the roof! Never going back if I have to deal with him. He was chubby, a little young and rather effeminate. No idea what his name was.

Waited in line to check out with only one register open while other store associates stood around talking and dancing. The boy that checked me out was very nice and polite.
