Bought a Samsung dishwasher and paid to have it installed. The first installers didn't get it set all the way in the hole and it wasn't level so the drawers would instantly roll back in. The second installers leveled it and then took a razor knife and hacked the right side door seal off so it looked like a 3 year old got a knife and went to town. The 3rd installers (and their boss on the phone) said they couldn't order the parts to replace it and I would have to go find them. I've been on the phone with customer service for an hour trying to get the part (which I've decided I'm better off installing myself). We paid them to install it and all they did was intentionally damage the unit. I would not recommend anyone have Home Depot install anything (I've had issues with other things but obviously didn't learn my lesson). I'lol use Lowe's next time.

I had to deal with Bevan and Krystal and they are the worst. They need to be fired. They are very rude, and they don't have any people skills. Know wonder they are in retail as they would never make it in the real world. Retail sucks and so do they. Get off your butt and help your employees when they call you when a customer has an issue. This is a bad store.

I went to the Home Depot across from Eastview mall (not my regular location) and I was so pleased and surprised by the excellent survice and willingingness of employees to help me. I have not gotten this type of service at any other Home Depot locations I have been to, so wanted to applaud this location. I had several different employees direct me and help me in the store; all very pleasant and friendly. It seemed most of them were over 50-60 years old - so I'm sure that contributed to such a nice experience. This will be my new location to shop at from now on.

Unbelievably slow service every time at this department. Even with a reservation. Understaffed counter and a line builds up and takes forever to get taken care of.

Their online inventory is totally unreliable- order for pick up or coming to the store is more often than not an experience in frustration as they do not have the stocked items they say that they do.

I have used the curbside pickup three times now without an issue. Pull in, let them know which spot you are in, and in less than three minutes later they come out with your purchase.

Here is my experience today (7/25/2022) at the Victor, NY Home Depot. I went there to purchase a push broom, a fairly straightforward transaction.I found the broom I wanted, but it was on an overhead rack, and the "gate" for the rack was not much bigger than the diameter of the broom handle, making it difficult for me (an old fellow) to get it down.I went to Customer Service for help, and a young lady paged someone to come to my assistance in "brooms." As I returned to the broom section, a young man approached - and promptly started to help another customer. When I returned to Customer Service, the young lady who had earlier helped me was now on an interminable phone conversation with someone about something (Company motto: "Whoever is on the phone is more important than a live customer."). After waiting for a while, I asked another young lady in Customer Service for help, explaining the situation to her. She promised to send someone to "brooms," and I returned to that area.I never heard an overhead page to send someone my way. After waiting for a while, I finally figured out how to leverage the broom I wanted out of the overhead rack and was able to purchase it.A complete breakdown and indifference to customer service.Staff need a lot of additional training.

I came in to by mosiac tile for my bathroom renovation.It was $19.99 a sheet, but your online price was $181 per box of 10, and I needed 3 boxes.Not only would they not match the online price, but 3 of your associates insisted on arguing with me about how it has to come from Atlanta and it takes a week to come at that price.It would have been a savings of $58 for me.Is Home Depot doing so poorly that they can't help a customer save $58 ?Every other store ALWAYS matches the online price in store.Time to go elsewhere!
