I can’t say enough good things about this UPS Store — especially Nate and Andrew! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure my packages were packed securely and shipped out quickly. You can tell they really care about their customers — they’re knowledgeable, patient, and make the whole process effortless. It’s rare to find service this good these days, and I truly appreciate the extra effort they put in. If you need anything shipped or printed, this is the place to go. I could not find the store within the shopping mall. I called from my car. The gal at store 1030 was so friendly, patient and helpful. I found the store. It was packed with waiting customers. I had my dog in the car and it was hot outside. Frustration built up immediately. Within minutes each customer ahead of me was quickly waited on. Then another employee came by and saw I had a return from AMAZON in my hands. Just come right over to this register she said. I was immediately waited on. Again I was given immediate help, friendly and patient and I was surprisingly in and out within 5 minutes. My dog was fine. Great experience
