I often don’t get mail on Mondays although mail inform says I’ve got mail coming that day. I was supposed to get my water bill on Monday and haven’t received it!

A package was delivered this morning. It was too large to fit properly in our box, but rather than placing it in one of the lockers next to our bank of mailboxes, the carrier chose to stuff it into the mailbox until it was tightly jammed in the box. There is no way I can remove the package from the mailbox without damaging the breakable contents. Calling the Victor office was useless -- no one answers the phone. THIS IS UACCEPTABLE.

Victor, NY 14564 post office. Decent size, well stocked with Priority Mail boxes and slips. Really like how large the package drop off is inside. Also has a self serve kiosk inside.

Overall the 14564 post office does a marvelous job. They've always been very helpful and courteous at the counter. The local carriers do their best to ensure proper delivery. On the rare occasion when we've reported an issue the local supervisor has very promptly addressed the issue (usually minor issues) to satisfactory conclusion. Even as the town & village have grown 14564 has maintained it's small-town local community environment.

Victor post office has been very helpful and kind. Everyone is very friendly. I've been here for almost 30 years and never had a problem.

I sent a pkg to my granddaughter but used an incorrect zip. It was delivered to an incorrect address. I called Victor PO and explained. Within a few hours they tracked pkg down and retrieved it. They will deliver to correct address tomorrow. They are going to make one little girl very happy and I can't thank them enough! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

Mail carriers consistently deliver mail to the wrong addresses on their route. The post office building is kept clean with plenty of parking but it always seems understaffed.

A smaller location, but it has friendly staff and a self service kiosk that you can use when the place is closed. We used it to ship a flat rate box filled with Christmas cookies to a friend in The City and it was super convenient!

This post office is the worst. Some of the workers are miserable and dont want to do their job!! Slamming my packages because they have to scan them in because the drop off drawer is jammed because they never empty it.
