“Robbie and Phoebe went above and beyond for my young daughter. The new store has WAY better merchandise and prices are far more reasonable. The experience was stellar. I will come back solely b/c of those two young people and the new store’s more convenient layout and better pricing.”

“I always have said that I do not like this five below because the cashiers have to pass the goods for you and this is where they hacked my bank card and tried to make a purchase of 5,000, so I do not trust that they will be the ones to scan my items and be in the box while I pay by card because here I pass all that and I no longer trust. From that moment on, I am not going here, I am going to another better one.”
