My experience with the sales team was the best I have ever had. They answered every question I had. Our salesmen Steve was very good to work with especially when I had purchased 3 vehicles at one time. The owner Carmen and his whole staff from sales, parts and service did a great job.

Update:
4 days in to having my new Trax there was a recall on it. Ok no big deal. However now less than 8 months in to having this car, I’ve had 3 recalls, a valve pump replacement (that they said is not a recall, it’s just an “issue” that Chevy is aware of and fixing, hmmm ok idk how that’s not a recall but whatever) and come to find out my back right passenger window is broken and won’t go down.
How did I find this out? Oh bc my son got sick in the car and tried to put his window down so he didn’t throw up IN my car and it wouldn’t go down so then I had to get my car detailed bc of this broken window that I didn’t break. Wanna reimburse me for that Victor Chevy?????
I’ve called Victor Chevrolet THREE times asking to speak with the sales manager and he has YET to call me back even though every person I spoke with promised he’d call me first thing the next day. Everyone there could care less about any of these issues I’m having with this brand new car and has dismissed me multiple times both service and sales. Seems once they make the sale you’re just a number and they have no empathy whatsoever that this car has been a serious inconvenience of my time having to bring it in over and over again for recalls and things that I did not break. I was also hung up on one time when I called for the 3rd time asking to speak to the sales manager.
I’ll never recommend this location to anyone. I’ll keep taking my car to Garber Chevrolet in Webster to get my Trax serviced bc the staff there are SO incredibly nice and helpful and informative. I’ll be posting reviews to all social media outlets so my friends and family never step foot in this dealership.

Was treated badly by the sales person. He assumed alot and was rude not polite came on the test drive then took us around the block . Will never go back to this dealership for anything.

I have 3 vehicles that Victor Chevrolet has serviced for me. Now within the last year, two of my vehicles have had NYS inspections done and both times they have not mentioned bad windshield wipers. Both times the wipers were literally falling off. The first time the service department missed it, I thought, maybe it was a mistake and overlooked. Now that it has happened again, I'm questioning the integrity of the service department. If they can't find an issue with a completely broken wiper then what else are they missing on an inspection; let alone major mechanical issues. Very disappointed!
