Drove all the way from Naples, FL just to see Rocco! He was amazing during the whole process of our purchase for a 2024 2500 High Country. After shopping around all day I gave Victor Chevy a call and told them what I was looking for. Within 15 minutes Tom called me back and without me telling him any of the other dealers numbers he beat them all. No games played. They definitely earned my business moving forward.

Brake fluid was been leaking out of my Rv super c ever since the performed a recall on it! The engine and my black top is a mess! The left a wrench in my engine that went flying out when I went to gas up the Rv! Pretty upset & since I had bought two cars from this location . Craig in service has been awesome as I have brought the Rv for 2 recalls since owning it a short time! But this last recall was not done correctly!

i went into Victor Chevrolet to lease a Trax since i turned in my 2020 Trax which i loved. every one i came into contact with was top notch. Jerry in sales was very kind, had knowledge about the new style Trac and answered all my questions. he gave me a very good tour of the inside of my car and how to work all the new features. i was disappointed that i now have to use a key to unlock it. the manager Rocco was also very nice and helpful. the gentleman in finance, i cannot remember his name was also very nice and put me at ease about my new payment. i am looking forward to seeing everyone again with my 1st oil change and tire rotation. i will be coming back to Victor Chevy when this lease is up.

Victor Chevrolet Service to me TOP Notch. First, the automatic door greets your Chevy, drive right in & Craig is there to help. Craig is very attentive to my Traxs's needs/concenrns w/out making me feel rushed. Craig & the rest of the Service Pit Crew are very patient, friendly & doesn't provide nonsense info.Craig came out to update me on my service time, what was going on w/my Trax.I've always have had the best experience at Victor Chevy.I switched from Bob Johnson Chevy just because of actually reserving service appointments instead of a free-for-all appointments first come first serve which.

I was able to make an appointment at my convenience. As I pulled into the service department I was greeted with a smile and professionalism; I think the service manager's name is Craig Chase. He communicated directly with me and my tire rotation and oil change was done uneventfully at a decent price, and I was on my way in minutes. 5 stars

Price gouge. I asked how expensive the tire rotation was, the clerk immediately was able to find a coupon to lower the price. If its that easy to price match then why not offer that from the get-go. This is not the first time this has happened, but this will be the last time I have any service done at this location.Other experiences I have delt with being upsold on services or products that were completely not necessary and the clerk being surprised when I called them out for being wrong and apologizing because they knew they were selling unnecessary services. Shame on the management for promoting this type of culture and experience.

The only reason my rating wasn't lower is because of past experiences.I called on a Monday to make an appointment for Wednesday, the check engine light was on & to have the tires rotated. I got there @ 8am Wednesday & there was no appointment setup. It took extra time to drop the vehicle off and I had to wait for a shuttle to work, so I ended up being about 45 min late.Just before 3 in the afternoon the person I dropped it off with, Wayne, called to see if I could leave the car overnight. I said that I could not & asked why the delay as they had it all day. He said it had not been a "smooth day". I asked if they had a loaner, since the issue should be covered under warrantee. He said they did not and that they would try to get it done by 5 & if not I would have to bring it back. At 4 I got another call saying that the check engine light was from the air filter & because it was "really dirty" and hadn't been changed since I bought the vehicle, it wasn't under warrantee and would cost $65 to replace. I asked how it could be "really dirty" when I had just looked at it a couple months earlier...AND had just gotten the oil changed 2 weeks prior and Firestone said nothing. Wayne got politely defensive & said it was the technician's report, who is actually the Foreman.This was during the smoke issues from the Canada fires so I said I would wait until that cleared, no sense in putting in a new filter that would be contaminated immediately. I took it home, took the filter out & put it back in, seated correctly & the light went off immediately, and over 2 weeks later the light hasn't come back on. I'm inclined to believe that they were rushing to get the car done, saw the code on the machine & didn't want to take the FOUR screws out to check it unless they were getting paid to replace it.Also, after getting it home, I realized that the passenger front tire was moved to the passenger rear rather than the driver rear side. I'm not sure if this is appropriate now, but it didn't used to be the way it was done.I have leased 2 vehicles from Victor Chevy and would have purchased the most recent one there as well, but decided to go with the Terrain over the Equinox.I know an engine air filter is small potatoes in the grand scheme of things, but it's the overall indirect disrespect that I experienced. This experience took a dealership I trusted to one I'm not super comfortable with.

Was told courtesy shuttle would be available at drop off when appointment set; at check in, driver was dropping off another customer and was told it would be a brief wait. After 40 minutes, inquired. Driver had returned, but was not told there were additional customers waiting for rides.(I was not the only one... there was another customer as well) At pick up (on a Fri), was told an issue was resolved; brought to attention of service writer that it was not. They clearly agreed; discussed researching part cost and reaching back out to set new appointment to replace on following Mon or Tues. Have yet to hear back... it's Thurs. Otherwise, satisfied. They took care of a pretty big problem in a timely manner and communicated frequently re: cost, status, and options.
