Employee was super rude. Took jacket off shelf looking to buy was told “you can’t do that” so went to try it on in changing rooms and employee followed me to the changing room to tell me off again. Can’t buy it without trying it on love

Sierra the store manager made my day! Im pregnant and getting married at city hall in literally 2 weeks. The dress I ordered online didnt fit and make me feel beautiful. With the emotions of being pregnant, the stress of the wedding day around the corner, and not having any friends with me to shop... she comforted me and helped through the whole process. I found my dress, shoes, jewlery, dress tape all in store!!! I dont have to do anymore looking around my perfect wedding day outfit is complete thanks to Seirra! Overall so pleased and so greatful! I will definitely be coming back! Their store is so clean and organized! Filled with all of the trending cothes and dresses of your dreams with adorable prices. Thank you Windsor for making my wedding day perfect I cant wait 💗

I love all the diversity amongst the employees. This store is very cultured. Although all the ladies are different you can tell they all have a passion for fashion and really enjoy working there and with each other which makes it a vibe! Cute clothes are one thing but actually being able to shop and have fun is next level. I usually need my sister’s with me to shop but Employees there always help me put an outfit together they are all trendy with different styles I appreciate the different perspectives. They have the best playlist I’ve heard in any store and the clothing is affordable I shop here all the time and it’s always pleasant I love this store and all the ladies that work there !

I don't get out shopping much and was pleasantly surprised at the gorgeous dress selection here with very affordable prices. The staff helped me get down dresses and was patient with me as I visited the try on room more than once. I found a beautiful gown and was wandering the jewelry section unsure of what to get when the store associate (possible manager) could see I could struggling to find the right set so she offered her help. She found a beautiful set that matched my dress perfectly and really helped me feel as ease in an unfamiliar scenario for me. I'm very happy with my purchases and the service I received and will be back anytime I have an event to dress for!

I am an older woman but I was in the store looking for a specific item for a special occasion. Wether it had been for myself or my daughter doesn't matter. The sales clerk, employee whatever she calls herself seemed put out and even bothered by my asking to have a fitting room unlocked. I liked the item and it fit well, however, even though I really did need the accessory, I decided to go elsewhere. It's so unfortunate that this young lady couldn't even take 5 seconds to be welcoming and try to make a customer feel comfortable. Agism? Perhaps. More than likely though, she's just an a$$hole.

Went shopping for a prom dress. Asked the associate if a certain dress was available from the website. She basically said well if we have its out so you can look around for it. Then found another dress that said it was available in the store associate said it was probably in the new stock out back. Did not offer to go check even though we drove an hour to get there. I asked when it may be out to see and she said she didn't know. Definitely couldn't be bothered to help at all. The other associate working however was alot more friendly and attempted to help out but seemed to be under the thumb of the one who wasn't.

I drove 1hour away. It was 1130 and they were closed. It said open on Sunday. I signed up got 15%to buy my daughter a dress. Never will try your store again!!
