“I rarely write reviews, but I am so impressed with this place I have to! I'm not a frequent laundromat user but due to a naughty cat, I have been here twice in the last week. Both times the place was immaculate, and during each visit, the staff was actively cleaning it. The machines take credit cards and which is perfect for infrequent users. The $9.25 washers are huge and the dryers are large and well priced.”

“I love the place and the people I think they do a great job folding and packing is phenomenal. I only wish they would be a little more forthcoming when I first went to tell me about the minimum that I paid several dollars for empty weight and one time when I brought my teenager stuff in a separate bag and ask them separate they didn’t tell me. There was an additional five dollar charge or I just would’ve had to separate orders because my child was with me at the time those little things bother me otherwise great place”

“They do great work with tailoring, but it's extremely frustrating because there is a disconnect with whoever normally answers their phone and the ladies that actually work in the store.Firstly, everyone is very nice/polite. There's no issue with anyone's behavior or the quality of the work. There's just a drop in communication. Whenever I call their shop number, whoever answers the phone speaks English very well and is easy to communicate with. When I go into the store, the ladies working do not speak English very well and I typically have to use Google translate to try and communicate with them. The lady on the phone says one thing, the ladies in the store say another. I had to call multiple times and go in multiple times to make sure my pants got tailored correctly. The price also kept changing, it would be nice to know up front before agreeing to the service.That being said, 10/10 on the tapering of my pants.”

“the pick up/drop off service is fantastic. it’s reasonably priced and my clothes arrive perfectly folded. it’s very easy to communicate with andrew. for a small premium i don’t have to spend a whole day doing laundry, come back with damp clothes, lug my clothes in the cold weather, keep detergent or hold onto dollar bills… this service is worth every penny.”

They even had a laundry bag replacement policy, which about a month ago was still a thing, but when I try to get a replacement for my ripped clean rite bag, it is conveniently canceled. . . . . “I've been a customer of Miller's Cleaners for about 6 months now and really like their service. They offer delivery in our area in Rye Brook which has been very convenient. Recently they cleaned a fairly expensive dress shirt of mine which had a stain, I was assuming it wouldn't come out but it looks brand new after being cleaned at Miller's. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a dry cleaner in the area.”
“They cleaned some dirty sweaters I brought in but more importantly they did a superb job fixing three cashmere sweaters that had worn through or had other problems. I didn't think two of them could be fixed at all- I brought them in to ask if they could cut those up to use to patch the third one. She said no, can't use sweater material as a patch but I'll fix all of them. And she did.”
