“I went to this place like an hour ago to fix my phone since the screen was completely damaged. The guy was very nice and helpful he checked the condition of my phone told me like about 30 minutes and gave a reasonable price. Also, explain about the product he would using on my phone and the comparison of the price if he use the original Apple products. Thank you so much for the service no wonder why it has very good reviews. ??”

“I had an excellent experience at this Boost Mobile store and wanted to share how impressed I am with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. They were patient, knowledgeable, and very professional throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was their outstanding customer service. The team went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, explain my options clearly, and help me find the best solution for my needs without any pressure. It's rare to find a store where employees genuinely care about their customers, but that's exactly what I experienced here. The store was clean, organized, and had a friendly atmosphere. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, respectful, and eager to help. They made the entire experience simple and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. In my opinion, this is the best cell phone store in town. The combination of excellent customer service, product knowledge, and professionalism sets them apart from other stores. I left feeling completely satisfied and confident with my purchase and service. I am very happy with my experience and will definitely continue to do business with this store in the future. I will also be recommending this Boost Mobile store to my friends, family, and anyone looking for reliable mobile service and exceptional customer care. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a positive experience. Keep up the great work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I had one of the best customer service experiences ever at the Verizon store on Middle Neck Road thanks to Rouben. Honestly, I was extremely frustrated and fully ready to switch companies, but he completely changed my experience. He was patient, understanding, and actually took the time to truly listen to all of my concerns instead of rushing me. What impressed me the most was how dedicated he was to helping resolve my issues. The store closed at 8 PM, yet Rouben stayed with me until almost 10 PM making calls and working through everything to make sure it was fully resolved. I have never had anyone at any phone company go that far for me before, and I was honestly very surprised and grateful. Rouben was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and truly values his customers. Because of him, I will never go to another Verizon store again. I recommend him 1000% to anyone looking for honest, exceptional customer service. He is truly the absolute best.”

“I love this place! It's primarily a tech shop, but they also sell World Cup jerseys, and the staff is amazing.
