“I really like this place to purchase flower or vapes. The atmosphere is always chill. The menu is extensive but easy to navigate. The workers are always ready to help, but you can just use the kiosk- aka - what I call the iPad and when you’re done, you just wait and pay. “Terp Bros dispensary in my old neighborhood of Astoria is a Great place to buy cannabis. I'm in my 60s while all my friends weed back in the '70s and '80s. I just preferred my beer and a drink here and there. So when I walked into Terp Bros Dispensary I was clueless. I have a lower back injury working at the than World Trade Center site back in the mid 2000s. Pain Management not working so good and a doctor them suggested edibles. Every time I go back whoever helps me is very knowledgeable and knows I'm trying to ease my pain and get sleep at night. And I don't want to be too impaired. But I did buy a pack for that 24 hour period I just want to lay back. I'm still trying to learn all the difference in strength. I can go on and on all I could say is everyone in the shop there is very helpful.”

“I'll second what other reviewers have said about Mustafa. He is very attentive and helpful. I had an old vape that wouldn't charge any more, and he tried diligently to test and analyze the situation. Turns out it wasn't the charger I was using, but the thread at the bottom of the battery that was damaged. He then tried to find the lowest-cost solution possible for me, and offered to sell me just the battery compartment of a vape he had that seemed compatible with the tank.
He offered to help me with cleaning, and invited me to call and come by any time I needed help.”

“I’ve been going to this place ever since I moved the story of almost 5 years ago. I’ve tried every single Smoke/Vape Shop in Astoria and Long Island city and no place matches the quality of customer service or their products or their prices. It’s small but they have tons of goodies that you can’t find anywhere else And they’re all reasonably priced. The owners are wonderful people as are the staff. I have never had a bad experience and I’ve never known anybody personally who’s had a bad experience. I’ve seen people who have caused trouble while I was there cause sometimes I hang out with this owner briefly when he’s closing up, but those individuals are usually almost always drunk people on a weekend coming from the bar across the street ?
Skip all the other places and do yourself a favor and go to Smoke Station!

“When owner or his son are present in the shop, it's a 5 star rating all day long. But this last experience I had was to purchase replacement coils for a gaping device in which I purchased there a few months ago. The module I have comes with 2 tanks and since they did not have the one I usually use I gave the man my other pod which had a pre installed coil, when he took it out he ripped the rubber gasket off the coil rendering it useless. I asked him why he did that and he replied that "it was already like that". Long story short he kept the pod and coil he damaged and told me he would order the one I needed and he sent me away with a disposable blueberry e cigarette which is terrible. I went to Fordham and bought the correct coils st half the price. From now on I will only deal with owner or his son.”
