Bought a Lululemon gift card, loaded $100. Recipient tried to use it and found it had been used. Lululemon said it’s a common scam and CVS is required to reimburse you as it was compromised while in their possession. Go back to CVS and told Lululemon has to reimburse me. Woman working at CVs says it HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. THEN STOP SELLING GIFT CARDS. If you can’t control your merchandise and ensure your customers get legitimate merchandise then stop selling them. Get it together. I’m out $100 and you can’t be bothered to help. The woman looks at me like “oh well”. Infuriating and absolutely useless.

CVS in Wading River, NY is the Best CVS I have ever visited. I am a new homeowner in this area and Christine actually called the manager at home to help me with my issue ! You NEVER hear of that.....EVER ! The store manager gave me her hours and PERSONALLY rectified the problem ! I can't thank them enough !

The pharmacy staff was not only rude but nasty and offensive to me and my elderly father today. My dad had barely started the interaction and the pharmacy worker was biting his head off. The rudeness and meanness was totally unprovoked and uncalled for. Sick people deserve kindness and compassion. I will NEVER be going to this location again. I would give 0/5 stars if google let me. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!

They Continually give my husband a hard time when filling his prescriptions...The men that work there are very rude to him and called my husband arrogant.Well, maybe if he got the proper service and was treated with respect and they would fill his prescriptions without constant problems and hassles, he wouldn't be.

I long for the days before the corporations put the neighborhood drug store out of business and you could walk in, plop a prescription down and have it filled. All these big box drug stores are understaffed and poorly organized. I've been waiting days for a prescription to be refilled. (when a prescription is ready for pick up there is no notification, either by phone or e mail, even though there is supposed to be.} The area set aside for vaccinations is out in the main store with no consideration for privacy. Horrible, horrible experience.

This review is critical of the corporation NOT the workers. The pharmacy staff is clearly overworked and underpaid. They're scrambling to help customers in store, on the phone, and at the window. I've found that if my Rx is out of stock it can stay "in progress" for weeks until I call THEN it gets ordered. They used to be a smiling, easygoing bunch back there and now you can't even coax a smile out of them. Probably because they're getting yelled at by impatient customers all day. For goodness' sake pay these people what they're worth and get them the help they need to do their jobs--what they do impacts lives--literally!

I called the night before trying pick up my prescription and waited on hold for 20 min the man said the script would be ready to pick up by 9am next morning as I asked. I be stopped in after work at 6:30 to be told it wasn’t ready and go get a lot of back talk complaining from the pharmacist on how it’s gotta wait and how busy and behind they are and he just kept going so I just left and hope I can go pick it up this morningVery unprofessional treating customers that way
