Farooq (who is the person that I dealt with at the Horseblock Rd, Medford store) was amazing!! He understood the issue at hand and how much it meant to me to fix the problem. He did everything he could to make sure that issue was addressed and resolved without any inconvenience to me or the recipient. He even delivered the new arrangement, ON HIS OWN TIME, after he left the store for the night, and that kind of work ethic and pride in one’s job performance is so rare…he should be commended for his efforts.
