“Nice Location, Nice outdoor layout. Plenty of parking. Not a lot of outdoor stock yet, but its really early in the season and still a bit too cold. Will be stopping back here in a few weeks once growing season starts.”

“First time purchasing from LI. Firewood. Bought a cord, pricing for the seasoned wood very very reasonable. Considering, prices are way higher at other establishments. I met the guy Mitch at 7-11 in Huntington and asked him as he was delivering bags of wood there about whether or not the place he works to live his chords or have courts he told me about it. I called up. They dumped a lot of wood in my driveway because I wasn’t gonna pay the 150 to have two grand for me. The wood seems perfect so far haven’t burnt it yet, but I will trust me on that, but I found a lot of small pieces too but anyway I must say I’m very pleased. The delivery was prompt. They call before they come. The pricing to me was very reasonable and I am sure without a doubt that I will be calling them back prices everywhere even Firewood give me a try. “UPDATE- 12/9/23I decided to call and ask if I was still on Que for delivery, the gentleman that answered the phone apologized for the inconvenience and got the wood delivered to me right away and even waived the delivery fee.Placed an order for 1/2 cord of seasoned wood today in the afternoon, when I spoke to the lady on the phone she was very courteous. She even told me that they could deliver the wood today which sounded perfect and that the driver would call me when they were enroute. Fast forward to 8:15pm I never received a phone call or told that my order would not be fulfilled today. Spent the day home waiting on this order which never came. Very disappointing I was really looking forward to trying their seasoned wood based off the reviews I read.”

“We had Decorative Gardens come and help plan out the landscaping for our front yard. Stacy was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and willing to work with what we had as well! They were quick with the turnaround for our estimate, as well as for scheduling the date for install! They were happy to move the current boxwoods we had, replant them as well as fill in our front beds with other beautiful plants and shrubs. Thanks to Decorative Gardens, our front landscaping has been elevated to what we've always wanted. Also - I've bought so many plants from them over the years, and all have done well and lasted us a long time. Highly recommend!”

I visited Home Depot on April 14th with the intention of purchasing a BBQ grill. During my visit, a staff member—a young woman with a long ponytail—kindly directed me to check the display in the Number 1 area. I went there and found the grill, but another employee informed me that it was out of stock.

Disappointed, I turned back with my friends. A short while later, I met the same associate again near the self-checkout area. She asked if I was able to find the grill, and I explained the situation. Without hesitation, she asked me to follow her and went out of her way to assist me further.

She spoke with another colleague, Mr. Chris, and continued to make every effort to help. Thanks to her dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile, I was ultimately able to purchase the grill.

I truly appreciate her hard work, professionalism, and warm, friendly demeanor. Employees like her are a great asset to the company. I ended up spending over $800, and it was largely because of her exceptional service that I chose to complete my purchase.
