So easy to schedule online and check in. I waited about two minutes. Fast in to the lab and out. The phlebotomist was very nice and the visit went fast.

Don't know why but I made an appointment and I'm currently waiting . It's been over an hr. They have not called anyone in for a while. I'm wondering why I even made an appointment. All I'm getting is blood taken. Plus they got my name wrong and there is no receptionist either. Very impersonal.

Quest Diagnostics is the perfect example of how Monopolies fail the people.......You are stuck with 0 options to get your blood done, etc.......Most people work during the day.......Quest is only open till lunch time.....lol Additionally, everyone has different hours, etc........Normally, you would heop there is numerous places to go and have your bloodwork taken care of........but there is not.......I've actually lost a job because of how AWFUL the hours open is at Quest and the Hospital/labs on Long Island.......Nobody wants to stay open.......lol

Making an appointment was pointless. I had an appointment for 2:40 and they kept taking people ahead of me.
I didn't get seen until 30 minutes after my appointment time. I don't understand why you would tell someone to make an appointment as that is usually faster, but prioritize walk-ins over a scheduled appointment. Waste of my time as I had expected this to be in and out in a timely fashion. Hence why I made an APPOINTMENT.
Will never come back here. Appointments take priority over walk-ins for lab work. I've been in this field for over 15 years, there is ZERO reason a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT was pushed back for walk-ins.

Very unpleased with the customer service. Sitting in the waiting room after checking in via phone, the door swings open “Come…is it you or the baby, Go straight ahead. I need your License and script “. Very uneasy feeling. Went for a lead test and my baby gave 3 vials of blood. After I left I looked up what a lead test entails and realized this was very unneeded and will be contacting them via phone come Monday when they open. I failed as a mom in that moment. The way she handled my babies arm so absolutely rough not a single smile while my daughter was hysterical. I said jeez this is a lot for a lead test and wow that’s tight as she’s putting the rubber around her arm. Then proceeds to tell me as she’s hysterically crying,” it’s your fault if she bruises bc you did not put enough pressure on the gauze afterwards.” Absolutely would not be going back to wading river location.

Made appointment, sat for over an hour with the same 3 people ahead of me. Poor staffing at this site-one person can not check people in, review insurance, take blood, and make and answer calls. Felt bad for the girl it wasn't her fault...Quest management needs to review this sites operations and hire more people. Other people said this particular one is notorious for running at least 90 minutes behind and having no help.

Extremely slow! And nobody at the front desk. You only interact with an iPad. 1 star for the AC in the waiting room that I had the privilege to enjoy for 1h30.

I wasn’t thrilled about the wait in the office because it was very crowded but my phlebotomist was wonderful. She was very professional & very nice!

After making an appointment, you still have to wait another 2 hours. They are under staff, please be considered to your clients.

I'm so tired of waiting 50-60 minutes every time I go to the Wading River location. I was the next person in line when I arrived and didn't get in for 50 minutes. You have no respect for my time. You schedule appt too close together. What an awful experience.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. There is always some kind of problem that prevents them from doing their job properly, always. Nancy G is absolutely horrible, she isn’t friendly, rude every time I have been here. The girl with the dark hair is much nicer. Question could do without Nancy G, I know good help is hard to find but seriously she needs a job where interacting with people isn’t needed. You are definitely waiting 30-90 mins with an appointment. Appointments are supposed to have priority over walk ins but if Nancy knows them she will make u wait 40 mins to bump them. If you correct her about anything she gets nasty, she has my minor daughter sign paperwork. That’s silly since she can’t enter into a contract. I’m going to labcorp in shoreham from now on. I suggest everyone do the same
