The experience deserves 5 stars because of Tony's reasonable price, excellent communications, and most of all the quality of his careful packing. His auction world experience in the handling and protection of objects, and securing them for transit, was demonstrated in details that many other packers don't provide (things like fitting cardboard guards to protect the four corners of frames).

“I wish I got the name of the woman that just helped me, she works the afternoon shift during the week. She is a shining example of customer service and professionalism, in a world where it is becoming hard to find. Not only is she always super friendly and welcoming, she's usually running the place by herself more efficiently than offices that are fully staffed run. Just now I stopped in quick on my break as there was a customer online with a big order in front of me. Instead of making me wait, she snuck me in while the customer was looking up something on their phone to get me in and out. Simple things like that show that not only is she aware of the situation but she's going above and beyond to help make everyone's experience great. And I truly appreciate that.”

They are always so friendly to everyone who walks in the door and take care of me when I come in with lots of orders to mail for my small business (opening doors for me, helping me move packages along quickly). It cant be easy if youre an employee there while our government continues to hollow out the middle of the post office - slowly creeping toward privatization.”
