My husband and I were camping at Hither Hills State Park during the week of July 4, 2024 when we noticed that one of our car's tires was leaking due to a screw embedded in it. Due to the holiday, we stopped by T & B Auto Service LLC first thing in the morning of July 5th to see if our tire could be plugged. We were promptly helped as the first customer of the day and are beyond appreciative of the service that was provided. “Going here was a Godsend! They're a dream for the "East End". So, I originally went to nearby Amagansett repair shop (Bock Auto) & was quoted ~$1800 for an alternator replacement on a 2008 Toyota Camry ? ? I was charged $180 for them to tell me this ? I asked around, eventually got to JSM. Jose was a pro. Young woman behind the counter was upfront and clear. The best best part was it ended up costing ~$500 for the exact same repair work ? ? JSM you have a permanent customer and I'll be telling everyone I meet out here ?”

With out missing a beat he patched my tire and checked the other three. Not knowing there was a nail I would have wound up with a flat on the side if the highway. Found this place a few years back based on a recommendation of a co-worker and haven't looked back since.
These guys bend over backwards to get your car fixed, tested , tuned up and finished with whatever services are needed. They have even worked on my car problems till late (evening) in the day and way past their closing time just to get the car back to me in great working condition. I cannot complain about any service they have ever given me.
Plus they are totally fair and honest about their examination, evaluation, repair and pricing of whatever repair I have needed, car. They breakdown line by line the parts and services needed. And any problem that crops up , they will inform you of it and proceed according to your decision.

“B&B is always my first call. They have serviced all 3 of our vehicles and have always given us great service and a fair price. Before replacing parts, the owner asked permisson to complete the job (ive had many mechanics do the work first and charge me without consent) and even showed me a video of my vehicle and gave me a thorough explanation of why the work needed to be done for safety. They will do their best to get you in for routine maintenance in short notice and always answer the phone or call you back quickly.
