Just tried to access my storage unit and the gate would not open,tried 3 times, said access permitted and gate would not open.Called the number on the gate and was told by the woman that it might be fixed in 2 days, today being 5/20 and that it may be fixed by 5/22. What in the hell are people suppose to do that need to get their belongings or drop off their belongings? I guess you have to wait for them to make a simple repair on the gate when it is convenient for them. Completely unacceptable for a business of this type!
This is people's belongings that you are dealing with and if someone has a rental truck,I guess you are S.O.L.
Very poor customer service.

Prices are too high. Also make you have and charge for mandatory insurance on your unit.

I love how I was able to rent a unit online after hours. And when I got there everything was exactly how they said it would be and the unit was one of the cleanest I’ve rented over the years.
