“We are completely frustrated we have taken at least 7 days off from work for scheduling services on our refrigerator, the refrigerator refuses to make ice since we bought it new! They have thrown parts at it to fix it and they can’t, they showed up again today with two more parts and the parts weren’t installed. Instead the tech wants to tell us the supply line behind the refrigerator was kinked. That wasn’t the determination on the prior visit, the prior visit ended with the evaluation that it needed more parts.Bottom line is we are sick and tired of using vacation days for this refrigerator, and Sohn’s seems fine to drag this out until our warranty which we paid extra for runs out! Will never buy from them again, even after we get this sorted!!!

I am editing my review only Becuse Ethan came out to the house and finally fixed the refrigerator. He supplied great customer service and was understanding and apologetic, I can only hope he can pass on his mission statement to the rest of his staff. At the end of the day Sohn’s did the right thing and we appreciate this!!”

“Huge thank you to Taylor in customer service for going above and beyond for us with our return. The front desk was busy, and having computer issues but he never let that affect how he handled our return of an item we ordered that got delivered used. After checking in store inventory, which ended up also being used, he ordered us a replacement that got delivered next day.”
