Great store with friendly customer service. Clean store and employees who are always helpful.Given how busy the pharmacy is, I am impressed with how patient, helpful and cheerful the employees are. It cannot be an easy job because often the line to pick up prescriptions are long and the wait can be long.No one likes waiting, but I note the employees are very busy-none are sitting behind the counter drinking coffee and chatting on their phones.Thank you.

Great quality product, produce, fruit and veg, along with great meats. Well thought out floor plan and the place is clean. The prices might be slightly higher than other markets but the quality of their products makes up for that. Come here and find what you are looking for. The deli section is great and their prepared food is fantastic. Great fried chicken. Rotisserie chicken and turkey. You can't go wrong here.

I would give it a zero if possible. This is just the most recent example of total incompetents. I picked up what should have been six prescriptions but only 3 were ready. The other 3 had been called in 7 days ago. This has been the same experience for a year now. Don't know what changed but it is the worst pharmacy possible now. We're asking our doctors to send all prescriptions to another pharmacy now. Not using these idiots anymore.

The Hannaford pharmacy is the absolute worst. The lack of the ability to contact the customer when unable to fill a prescription is unacceptable. On more than one occasion, after giving the pharmacy 24 plus hours to fill a prescription, I've arrived at the counter to find out they don't have the medication in stock. The girls behind the counter are rude and don't care enough to apologize. They let you know you can call your doctor for a substitution if you would like because they haven't or that they called and haven't received a call back from your Dr.. My Dr. Office denied receiving a call. I'm going to use CVS from now on for all my prescriptions. Their notifications may be automated, but they communicate in real time to the status of your order.

It's unfortunate that this is the main pharmacy in Walden and it sucks. The communication is horrible, you get phone calls stating your medication is ready for pick up when you get there they tell you is not. Some of the workers seem to treat people wrongly depending their race and color. Its sad that this is what we have to deal with when we are trying to do business with our locals.

Work for a doctor' s office that calls in scripts,scripts get changed,or refilled differently,causing patient to constantly have to call, Patient is called by pharmacy,makes several trips there and script not ready.

Worst pharmacy, I have to call every month to check and make sure that they don’t need any more information for the prescription because they do not call you to tell you there was an issue with the prescription, then there is one clerk who not matter what has an attitude if you go in person or if you call with a question. And they try and tell you if the doctor made a mistake on your prescription because they think the dosage is wrong for you. Or they try and do medication pick up to the hour now instead of just day to pick up. They are very judgmental when they shouldn’t be it’s not their job to judge just fill the dang prescription.

I arrived three separate times after being notified my medicine was ready. After driving from the next town over all of those times. They never had it. I’m not trying to be a j*** about this either.Lines are always long and usually one person is at the counter. If MVP wasn’t still in negotiation contract talks with Walgreens; I wouldn’t go here at all.

Service is extremely slow, I dont receive calls when refills or order are ready. I was so upset when my insurance wasn't using Walgreens and I started having to use this pharmacy again.

Refused to full crucial medication even tho it was over a hour before closing. Very poor customer service and there is always a line 8 people deep.
