Went in for a NYS inspection and found the service to be excellent. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and they added air to all my tires. The inspection was conducted efficiently and on time. No-nonsense, honest service—so much so that I scheduled an oil change and brake replacement with them as well

Brought my car in at the time of my appointment. They took it in immediately and in appropriately 15 minutes, my oil and filter was changed and tires rotated. Total cost was very reasonable.

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS i came here about two years ago because my brake lines needed to be replaced. when i called and got a quote they stated it would be about $400. i say perfect and take it in the next day. once i dropped my car off i did not hear from them for a few days until they called and told me they need to charge a $100 more for some part. The day after that day they call and say they need to charge me even more for more parts? And finally the 3rd call i receive from them is that they need to tack on even more to my bill! i ended up getting charged $950. i am almost positive they did not charge me for parts and have certainly pocketed that money. the cherry on top was when i received my car back and they had the audacity to unplug my air hose. my car was sputtering and making all sorts of noises. they did this to make me come back and waste even more money! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE the village drop shop is a few miles away.

I had a great experience with this garage. I'm new back in town & still learning where to go & who to feel confident with.Wendy is awesome, she kept me informed of the state of the repair every step of the way. Alan, the owner, found that the issue was actually going to be much less costly than I had thought (what do I know, I'm a d*** carpenter!).This garage has a new customer for life!
