“Otto's did what the local dealership refused to do, went the extra mile to find the incredibly hard to find parts needed to finish fixing my car. My insurance company took forever to get the adjuster out to inspect the vehicle, the dealership took forever to get the parts but Otto's got the car put back together as soon as the parts came in and looking like nothing ever happened to it.”
“Came in with a leaking front tire. They fixed that, and also diagnosed and repaired broken sensors in my two rear tires. Very thorough, honest, and reasonable. Plus took me right away and repaired the tires quickly.”

“This was my second time using Star Collision to repair a vehicle. I highly recommend this shop.First job was to repair a van that was backed up into a tree. This time was repair driver side doors and inner body after getting hit by a cablevision van while my suv was parked.The insurance wanted to total my suv - but the suv is in great driving shape with low mileage and is still on a loan and I am not in a position to purchase another - even if insurance gives me the current value for it. The staff at Star didn't cave in to the insurance and got my suv repaired.I appreciate their quick replies too. Thank you Tyler for that!”

“I have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I am a single woman, and newly relocated to the Orange County area. My factory warranty expired in 2019 and this was the first time I'd need service on my truck using my 3rd party warranty. I was concerned because women are targets for nonsense and have to quickly become experts so as to not be taken advantage of. From the very first phone call with Chris who held my hand and basically is a rock star at his job, I felt like a valued and informed customer. Not a skin color, not a gender, not an age JUST a customer. Chris was phenomenal. I had a clicking sound coming from the engine that started prior to the stay-at-home order. I made an appointment. Chris was prompt and Suresky provided a shuttle service to take me home as a courtesy. He explained how the process worked and called periodically to keep me informed on the progress. What impressed me was the way he dealt with my warranty company. I'm a city girl at heart and being without a vehicle in Orange County had me a little anxious. What was expected to be a week and a half's worth of work with warranty inspectors, turned into a couple days because Chris knew how to negotiate. Needless to say he explained how they torn down the engine, replaced the camshaft, blitzers and spacers. Lions tigers and bears oh my....Chris was courteous to inform me of what my out of pocket expense would look like, which I really appreciated, so I wasn't shocked by the time I got to pick up my truck. Chris is a true professional. He was responsive to my calls, knowledgeable and seemed like an overall good guy. What I also appreciated was how clean, modern and efficient Sureskys service department ran. They had a full working staff. The ladies in the front desk were quick and courteous. I was shocked to see all of the bad reviews for Sureskys service Dept. I certainly had a great experience and I even got a free car wash as a thank you for doing business with them. Oh and I also appreciated them following Covid-19 social distancing restrictions. I'll be returning there for all of my routine service needs.”
