This post office is extremely hard to contact. The phone rings for hours. I was a clerk. I worked the window, sorted mail, etc. There is absolutely no reason that they can NEVER answer the phone.
The reason I am calling... I recieved a notice my mailbox is full and the package could not be left. My box was not full and the package absolutely fits on my porch!

I've been meaning to leave a review for a while now. I come here fairly often to send out packages and always have a pleasant (and fast) experience at the counter. I really appreciate the staff, of which is a very small team, as they always get me in and out of here with no issues. Would definitely recommend this USPS. Thanks!

TRACY is amazing - went in for a passport renewal after another employee called us and cancelled it and she was able to accommodate and with a smile --also very knowledgeable and helpful with many different USPS mailing options =being mindful of customers budgets -- :)

Incapable of putting a small package in the right mailbox. Then refuses to mark package as lost, so I could get a refund from seller. Waste of tax payers money. Should get shut down and let a different company handle the mail and packages.

Today my wife and I came in for a 3pm passport application and photo. This was the least painless experience I have ever had. The clerk was AMAZING & EFFICIENT. In minutes the process was completed and we were on our way. A GREAT job and A BIG THANK YOU…

A customer (if you call it that) for over 20 years. I have seen things change over the years, and not for the better. This post office store has never been an issue to speak of. It's not perfect, but has been fairly decent over the years. Yes it is pretty small when you get more than a couple of customers at a time.I wonder if Postal Service changes and mandates affect services and such, more than most folks figure. As such, nothing seems better. But plenty seems lacking compared to years ago.Our local delivery person was wonderful for years. Not all that long ago, we started getting different delivery personnel. From that point forward we would get the neighbors mail constantly, and our mail wouldn't show up anywhere when it should. It can be pretty annoying to get a bill or invoice after the due by date.Another thing that I personally find annoying is the fact that I constantly find the door to our mailbox open. A lot of times I find the mail on the ground, wet from rain or both. I have mentioned it both to multiple drivers and the post office itself. Yet they kept doing it.I checked the mailbox door many times to make sure the magnet holds the door shut, in case that was the problem. The magnet works well and holds the door tightly closed, every time. I finally watched and noticed some drivers just slapping the door shut as the driver pulls away. As they drive away, the door just falls back open, thus my constant open door. I have mention it over and over, but yet it keeps happening. It seems to me like there's no pride in doing the job with the newer delivery personnel. Actually, it seems like there's no pride in anything having to do with this post office anymore. So I wonder if it's a bad attitude because of the working conditions at the post office, or just bad attitudes with folks not wanting to provide the service that they're paid to provide.

No wonder they are cutting funding and staff for this place. Nobody here works anyways. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone, redeliver your mail or literally even be at the counter. I've been in 3rd world countries where Mail carriers operated better than this dump.

Worst location in our area. Staff acts as if you're an inconvenience whenever you need something here. I drive 5 mi in the wrong direction just to avoid this post office.

This post office is the absolute worst. I had the nicest mail woman for 20 years. She retired and now it's been total hell. I live on a state highway and they now leave important documents and packages containing thousands of dollars worth of merchandise just sitting on top of my mailbox instead of putting it on my porch. They do not care when you contact them about it either, nothing changes

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I arrived this moring to pick up a package that a slip was left at my door requiring signature. There was one other customer in there filling out forms. Not one person behind the counter. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to appear but that wasn't happening. I finally asked the other customer if he knew if the workers had somehow gone out to lunch. He said no you just have to yell for them. So I said, "hello, anyone here?" With that I was met with a person saying "we will be right there." At the same moment another customer walked in, not seeing the sign that said 2 people in the area at one time. The worker finally appears from behind a blocked area where she was hanging out with another employee. She was clearly annoyed that I had insisted on being helped. A friendly smile/greeting was replace with a long sour face and yelling at me that only 2 people were allowed in the area at one time. Why look at me and yell at me? I AM the second person in the room! I remind her of that so she rudely tells customer 3 to get out into the hallway. I hand her my slip and at a snail's pace she moves toward the back. When she returns she has some crazy story that she cannot find my package and that maybe my mailperson has it because she was on vacation. I asked to to call to find out (we all have cell phones these days). That was not possible? Instead she insists I sign the back of the slip stating I accepted my package and I should just leave it with her. That would leave me in a position of saying I recieved a package that I in fact did not recieve and no way to track it going forward. When I explained that to her she pretty much told me I didn't really have any other choice. I told her I didn't think that was a good idea seeing how I would be left at the mercy of her actually caring and doing her job which she failed miserably at from the minute I walked in the door. I left with my receipt in hand and will wait to speak to my mail carrier who is absolutely wonderful. If you have to go in person avoid this place unless you don't mind dealing with rude and lazy office staff.
