They didn't want to charge us because it took a little moment. For us, this was a big gesture and proved their professionalism and incredible generosity. We are so grateful! You guys are wonderful!!! “I had an issue with my 2023 Subaru and was not sure if I should have driven to Vestal to see what was happening. My SUV was shuddering and I am not good with auto issues. I dropped it off and asked Pat to drive it and let me know what to do.
I apparently drove through some deep snow and it into the wheels. They got it in the shop and got it removed and SUV is back to normal. Not sure if this is an issue with Subaru but definitely an issue I was not aware of.”
