Appointment made online for immunizations...arrived on time..pharmacy closed....again!about 4 weeks ago,left work early to pick up RX.....YOU GUESSED IT.....CLOSED.and they don't know why they're losing $$.no phone calls either.....too busy!.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! The staff is super rude. My mother mentioned that they hired new people and the woman told her, "everyone quit because of people like you." Id you have an issue they will always blame a third party. It's always your insurance fault or your provider. They will never own up to thier mistakes. I've gotten texts saying my prescription is ready and then when inget there it's not. I'll show them the message and they ignore it. I called in a prescription for my daughter, when I went to pick it up three days later they said it's backordered. Now my daughter is without her medication while I try to get authorization at another pharmacy. If they had just called me when the prescription was sent in three days prior we wouldn't have a problem. Only reason they are still in business is because they are one of two pharmacys in town. I'm switching to UHS at Delaware Valley Hospital. I encourage all to do so as well.

This place could use an update big time. & it's a tad expensive. But then again, so is everything now-a-days. They do ALWAYS have the best holiday candy!! & the best sales on it after the holiday has passed.

The management in this store is lacking professionalism.. Waited for a call back for days on a position.. I called the store numerous times, said they would know answers in 2 days, never received any follow up.. And they wonder why there no staff

Interviewed, manager told me they want me, would send offer letter via email. Waited 3 days. Called store, manager on vacation, told to call back Saturday. Called Saturday, told she's not back till Monday. Called Monday, told not back till Tuesday at noon. Called Tuesday at 2. Told she's having car trouble and to call back later on. Called at 5,finally spoke with her, now 10 days After interview, very short, unapologetic, said the pay rate was rejected (the pay rate that they told me to ask for). Said she emailed offer to higher up and that I would hear from her in 48 hours ( Thursday). Now it's 3 weeks later, I've since been offered another job, and no response ever received back. Horrible front end manager, very unprofessional. And they wonder why they're short staffed

Loved the store the few times I’ve been in there. Nice employees. Their store manager was so kind and knowledgeable. Will be back.

Needed to ask a question at the pharmacy. As I waited while this woman was "yacking" behind the counter. She stopped talking, I proceeded to ask my question, then she rudely interrupted and stated " we are closed at 2 pm for an hour."Pressed a button and the ceiling door came down and literally closed in my face! It was 2:41pm. Beyond Rude !!!!!!!!

Extremely poor automated phone system. Impossible to get straight answers. You call the local number for a CVS and end up talking to an "agent" from a call center in what sounds like a foreign country.

CVS is running a scam operation. Once you order a prescription once and provide your phone number, they will call you day and night, day after day, to get more business. If there are no refills, the message is to call your doctor. No opportunity to say "yes" or "no." One minute later, they'll call again. I had over one dozen calls in a day. They fill up your answering machine so you can't use your phone. I called the pharmacy to change the number to a made up one, and still the calls came. The BBB won't accredit the company because of its unethical business practices. The local pharmacy says to call the corporate office because they're behind it but it's the local pharmacy that's making the harassing telemarketing calls. I blocked the number. DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY. THEIR "MEDICINE" WILL MAKE YOU SICK. EVERY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES THIS HARASSMENT. TRY WALGREENS OR WALMART OR ANY OTHER PLACE.
