After camping at nearby Bear Spring Mountain, my car would not turn over due to a faulty battery. Unfortunately, because this happened over Memorial Day, no repair shops were open so I had to leave my car at the camp site. The next day, I called four shops and Delco Towing was the only business that answered their phone. I spoke to Matt Costello who was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable, but more than anything, he was very kind and reassuring in a stressful situation. He was willing to tow the car without me being there, which AAA confirmed they won't do (the park ranger Liza was kind enough to hold on to my keys to hand over to the Cody, Matt's associate, who Liza later told me was also very friendly). This was a big deal because I live 3 hours away and couldn't come back just to have AAA tow it somewhere and then come back again to pick up the car. Within less than a day of picking up my car, the issue was resolved. Matt only charged me for the tow which came out less than what AAA would have charged me! He kept me well apprised of the situation and wouldn't perform any work until I gave him the go-ahead. Overall, I was super impressed with his honestly and attitude. He resolved a stressful situation very smoothly. I don't write many reviews, but when I get stellar service, I feel obligated to. I only which Matt was local to me. He would be my go-to guy.Services: Electrical
