βGem of a shop. We took our old Subaru to Klem's to see if the repairs needed were worth performing. They did a thorough job and were so professional. Their estimates were very fair, and I used to work at a shop myself. They kept talking to my fiance about keeping us safe (I was pregnant at the time) and were just all-around good guys. Today we were buying a Jeep and brought it to Klem's with our now 5-month-old daughter to have it checked over. We had called earlier and they remembered us, fit us in, even found a lift to put it up on rather than just run codes in the parking lot, were so sweet to our little girl -- and sent us away with a good feeling about buying our new family Jeep. We trust and highly recommend. Even if you're a distance, Klem's is worth the drive!β

βOwn a 70 mach1 and took it to Flower City Customs in order to clean the interior. They did a stellar job. All accumulated dirt in the seams and crevices were cleaned resulting in a sparkling interior.β
βWe've been dealing with Cavallaro's for 10 years now, and we will not go anywhere else. Mike, Tony, Andrew, and Jenn are all amazing! We had a certain price we needed to stay within, and they helped us find the vehicle we were dreaming of, within our budget!!! They are the most honest shop around. They told us what they thought they could give us as a trade in, and it was good with us. Then after consulting further, they realized that they could actually give us $1500 more! They called and let us know, even though we had already accepted the lesser amount. They didn't have to do that! We never would have known. It makes us trust them even more! Will not go anywhere else, ever again!β

βI've been going to Pal-Mac Service for a long time. I had the owner at Pal-Mac Service give me a quote on some needed service for my truck after getting quotes at 2 different garages in Palmyra. The 2 places in Palmyra quoted the work I requested at $592 and $720 (plus tax), and Pal-Mac quoted $465 with tax. Unless you enjoy overpaying by 33% or more, you'd be crazy to go elsewhere. The owner is polite and doesn't overinflate prices. There are not many places like this left anywhere. Thanks to Tom and his crew!! ?β

βI am always pleased when I go to Ken's. I was having a hard time with another local auto repair shop. They were charging me an arm and a leg every time I went there which seemed to be monthly, and they didn't seem to care what it was doing to be financially. The prices are fair at Ken's and they explain things to me and tell me what is absolutely necessary to be fixed and what can wait a little while. I love that they are honest and actually care about their customers.β

However, Philβs automotive always gets the job done at a reasonable price. They also have worked on my family members cars. βI called B&C to install a shock conversion kit for my 1949 Chevy 3100 5 window pickup truck. They got me right in because I had some personal business to attend to. They were very easy to work with and very accommodating. I wasnβt sure if they did smaller jobs but they do and treat them just like any other job. Their work is impeccable. The shop is amazingly clean. They are highly skilled and do the job right, no shortcuts. The owners are super and the staff are very polite.My truck had the old lever type shocks now I have new tube shocks and my truck rides like a dream. Not just because of the shocks but because of the correct installation. The cost of this job was very fair. I thought it was worth every penny. So if you want a highly professional job at a fair price take your ride to B&C. To everyone at B&C thank you so much for taking great care of my truck you are the BESTβ¦..Russ Nephewβ

βPurchased an automobile from Lance's Automotive. This was the most positive experience I have had in my 50 years as an automobile enthusiast. Lance described the car accurately and was extremely solicitous in sending all the pictures and information I wanted. When I took delivery, I was surprised to find the car in even better condition than he described. As a serious collector of vintage cars, I was very impressed with Lance's honesty and willingness to help in the process. I give Lance's Automotive my highest recommendation.β
βI needed a replacement for a piece of trim above the speedometer for my mothers car that I originally took out to customize and it sounds really stupid but the dog actually got ahold of it I have been trying to find this little piece of trim for 2 years now and have had no luck thankfully yesterday I went into the premium auto parts and I was lucky enough to find a matching car for the piece that I needed I was so happy when one of the gentleman in the office went out of his way to personally go get it off the car for me as silly as it was Iβm very thankful to receive help from this facility.?β
