“Own a 70 mach1 and took it to Flower City Customs in order to clean the interior. They did a stellar job. All accumulated dirt in the seams and crevices were cleaned resulting in a sparkling interior.”
“We've been dealing with Cavallaro's for 10 years now, and we will not go anywhere else. Mike, Tony, Andrew, and Jenn are all amazing! We had a certain price we needed to stay within, and they helped us find the vehicle we were dreaming of, within our budget!!! They are the most honest shop around. They told us what they thought they could give us as a trade in, and it was good with us. Then after consulting further, they realized that they could actually give us $1500 more! They called and let us know, even though we had already accepted the lesser amount. They didn't have to do that! We never would have known. It makes us trust them even more! Will not go anywhere else, ever again!”

“I called B&C to install a shock conversion kit for my 1949 Chevy 3100 5 window pickup truck. They got me right in because I had some personal business to attend to. They were very easy to work with and very accommodating. I wasn’t sure if they did smaller jobs but they do and treat them just like any other job. Their work is impeccable. The shop is amazingly clean. They are highly skilled and do the job right, no shortcuts. The owners are super and the staff are very polite. My truck had the old lever type shocks now I have new tube shocks and my truck rides like a dream. Not just because of the shocks but because of the correct installation. The cost of this job was very fair. I thought it was worth every penny. So if you want a highly professional job at a fair price take your ride to B&C. To everyone at B&C thank you so much for taking great care of my truck you are the BEST…..Russ Nephew”
“I've been going to Pal-Mac Service for a long time. I had the owner at Pal-Mac Service give me a quote on some needed service for my truck after getting quotes at 2 different garages in Palmyra. The 2 places in Palmyra quoted the work I requested at $592 and $720 (plus tax), and Pal-Mac quoted $465 with tax. Unless you enjoy overpaying by 33% or more, you'd be crazy to go elsewhere. The owner is polite and doesn't overinflate prices. There are not many places like this left anywhere. Thanks to Tom and his crew!! ?”
“I contacted Matt with Circuit Demon in regard to having my transmission cooler pump replaced on my Lotus Evora GT. He had the part ordered immediately and got me right in. Their attention to detail and communication was unmatched. Very trust worthy shop, especially when it comes to high-end cars!”

“Purchased an automobile from Lance's Automotive. This was the most positive experience I have had in my 50 years as an automobile enthusiast. Lance described the car accurately and was extremely solicitous in sending all the pictures and information I wanted. When I took delivery, I was surprised to find the car in even better condition than he described. As a serious collector of vintage cars, I was very impressed with Lance's honesty and willingness to help in the process. I give Lance's Automotive my highest recommendation.”

“The owners are very nice. Was recommended by a friend, but Reliant would not finance. Would definitely come back once my credit situation gets better. I believe their honesty and integrity are worth the wait when it comes to used cars and service.”
“We've been having work done at Ken's for more than 15 years. My wife's first experience with them sealed the deal. They are as honest as they come, their prices/rates are very reasonable, and we've even purchased a number of used cars from them for our kids.”
“The owner is wonderful. He is honest and kind. He really cares about the work he does and about the people he is helping. I always feel like he is looking out for our safety when he works on our vehicles. You don't always find this is repair shops, but he is the real deal.”
“Chris and Ryan did an awesome job tuning and mounting wheels and tires. Highly recommend getting work done for anything ls. Chris is highly knowledgeable about tuning.”
“Have known ron a long time, as we used to take him many cars to repair when i was in the car business. My son Recently had an accident that required a tow. Macedon auto is absolutely awesome. Cant thank ron enough for his fairness and friendly service. Thanks again!!”
“I went to Phil's for years with my vehicles until I bought a Volvo and brought that. Mike was straightforward with me and said they didnt have the right equipment to complete repair, they could have easily took my money and fudged the repair but they were honest. Now I'm back with my GMs and they're once again great I always recommend them to my car friends.”

“As a customer service representative for over a decade, I can say that the service you will receive from this business is beyond superior. However, they will infiltrate your whole family… before you know it, your brother, your sister, your mother, your aunts, and uncles will all be taking their cars to Crossroads Automotive. YES — they really are that good! James, Mike, Andrew, and the other team members are all so friendly and caring. Get on their waiting list NOW for your next repair appointment, oil change, etc., or miss out on working with a truly wonderful, family-owned small business.”
