Denali Dog Obedience School has been a reliable source for owner-friendly dog obedience training throughout Upstate NY for over 40 years. Since COVID changed the way we work, we now offer private lessons in a 21 day training program located in Victor, NY. This is positive, motivational training and is a holistic approach which includes feeding, exercise, socialization and interactions with family as well as obedience training. We not only teach a dog to have good manners but also show owners how their dog thinks so we can meet the dog's needs as well as those of the owner.
My puppy was very good at being a puppy; I however was not so good at being a steward of his socialization. In a surprisingly informal environment, Sue provided expertise, mentorship, and patience that enabled me to train my very large puppy while also supporting his confidence and natural curiosity.
