Both employees were pleasant, and took the time to explain what happened with my post (somehow the address only had my name and apartment number but not the street address, so I didn't get the envelope and they couldn't find it at first in the office, but the tracking number did have my address attached so I got a notice about my letter being at the post office).
Never felt condescended to or like I was an inconvenience for getting mail. Interior is very standard for a post office. Entrance seemed to be easily accessible for wheelchairs.”

“The staff here are always friendly and I'm in and out on my lunch break so quickly. These are things that are unheard of at any post office! I literally go out of my way to come to this one; so tired of dealing with unnecessarily nasty employees at all the rest.”

“My fiancé and I scheduled an appointment for me to get a passport and for him to renew his. We made the appointment for 3:30pm because it does say at the walworth location that they stop scheduling at 4. The process was super easy and the guy working the counter was super helpful. We would definitely recommend the walworth location for getting your passport done!”
