“No line when I went in. Both employees were pleasant, and took the time to explain what happened with my post (somehow the address only had my name and apartment number but not the street address, so I didn't get the envelope and they couldn't find it at first in the office, but the tracking number did have my address attached so I got a notice about my letter being at the post office).
Never felt condescended to or like I was an inconvenience for getting mail. Interior is very standard for a post office. Entrance seemed to be easily accessible for wheelchairs.”

“The staff here are always friendly and I'm in and out on my lunch break so quickly. These are things that are unheard of at any post office! I literally go out of my way to come to this one; so tired of dealing with unnecessarily nasty employees at all the rest.”
“The lady at the Palmyra post office was very helpful, cheerful and got my package all ready to go and sent it off via media mail in fine fashion. It's always nice to have a positive experience at the post office. 😊”

“I have been coming to this post office for several decades now and Jordan is one of the very BEST postal workers they have ever had! He is friendly, efficient, and gives 100% to every customer he helps out. MANY thanks, Jordan. On a scale of one to five, he rates a FIFTY-five . . . at least!”
