Andy's have been my go-to for years. I only use travelpro luggage when traveling. I had to replace handles, zippers, and wheels. Andy has always fixed my luggage within a decent time. We have to support our family owned businesses,

Super nice, professional staff. Can't beat the price for medium sized Briggs and Riley suitcase.

Went in last week with a high end piece of luggage. Wheel was sheared off on our last flight. Gentleman took a look and said it would be $57 to repair and should be done in a week. On the way out he asked how old the piece was. I told him about 3 years old and he said he may be able to get it repaired under warranty. Fast forward 7 days. Got a call that the repair was complete and that it was fully covered under warranty. You don't see honesty and service like this at many places these days. My next piece will absolutely be purchased from Andy's.

Tried this business for a zipper replacement on a suitcase. While the service was friendly, the price was reasonable and the turnaround time was good...the zipper broke again soon after. I didn't try bringing it back.

Purchased two Briggs & Riley carry-ons. Aside from the friendly staff and well stocked inventory, Andy's had the best price of anywhere else by a large margin.

Brought my American Tourister 28 4 wheel check bag to Andy’s with 3 wheels. Jeff said it normally takes a week for parts I told him my daughter needs the bag in 2 weeks. He wrote RUSH on the tag which I was sure was for my benefit but 48 hours later I got a text your item is ready for pickup.Friendly fast and reasonable. Why go anywhere else you’ve made a long term customer.

Received my American Tourister28 checked bag back from KLM minus a wheel. Right from the first phone call Andys Luggage was friendly and welcoming. Walked in and without saying a word flipped my bag over to show Jeff the missing wheel. With no hesitation Jeff gave me the price right off the top of his head which showed me he knew his business. He said it usually takes about a week to get the parts, I told him my daughter needed the bag in two weeks he flipped the tag over and wrote RUSH which I was sure was to make me feel better. 48 hours later I got a text saying my bag was ready for pickup. When I went in to pick up the amount was exactly what Jeff had quoted. When I flipped the bag over to inspect I noticed one of the other legs was loose I showed Jeff he took the bag into the back and 5 minutes later was back saying it was now secured to the frame. I reached for my wallet and Jeff said no charge. I like to support local small businesses. People like Jeff and his wife are the reason I do. Good job and Thank You

Disappointed with my repair.Dropped off my bag to have the wheels replaced.Waited for 2-3 months for the wheels to come in.Picked up my bag, seemed fine. A couple of months later used the bag for the first time, got to the airport and as I’m pulling the bag along one wheel cracked in half, had to pull off the shell. Then 2 minutes later second wheel cracked in several pcs. Got on the plane and had to use the bag as is for my business trip. Brought the bag back to the shop and the guy at the shop is giving me a hard time telling me this only happens after many years of use. Almost accusing me of lying.Said he would check the records and talk to mgmt. Left the bag there, and it’s been a month and never heard back. For the $60 spent on the repair I should have just put it towards a new bag.

Andy’s Luggage is a great store. I had my luggage repaired there. I even bought luggage there because they were so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Highly Recommend.

Unfortunately this is one of the only places on Long Island that you can get your luggage repaired. And I can't say that I can recommend this shop for any reasons. If you must use this shop get EVERYTHING in detailed writing. The interior tubing of the telescoping handle had been badly bent and the "repair" is a patch job at best. I don't expect it to look hold up long. After waiting many months for "parts" to come in I retrieved my "repaired" bag. Unfortunately I didn't take the time to look the bag over before I left the shop with it.Greg at Andy's luggage led me to believe that the mechanism needed to be replaced and because of supply chain issues it was going to take quite a bit of time to get the parts he needed. He neglected to tell me that "parts" he was going to use was electrical tape and something to bend it back into place. When I confronted him on this shotty repair he said that I was being rude and didn't understand what he intended to do from the beginning. Greg said something about replacing springs, but further along in the conversation when I asked him what parts were replaced he didn't reference anything about springs. He also tried to convince me that the tubing, after he bent it back straight, was as strong as it was originally. I'm not a rocket scientist but I am sure that is not the case.Greg, in an attempt to brush me off, said that I should do what I needed to do but I didn't get the impression that it had anything to do with assistance from his shop.

Bad customer service, I have been communicating with this place via email about repairing my luggage and was told I have to bring them in for a quote. I finally go in and the owner has an attitude. I even called before I went. Because I phrased my question “incorrectly” he got a little nasty. I refuse to give my money to someone like this. I didn’t argue and I just said I’m leaving. He replied “you are not welcome here!”.I learned my lesson, it is not always good to help small local businesses. What a sad experience.
