Great place to buy a car! Honest and make the car buying process much easier!

Yet another car dealership at best semantically committing fraud by advertising false prices and putting the real price in the fine print. It's one thing to have a "documentation fee" of say, $800 or less. It's quite another to say that the price advertised (on both car buying websites and their own dealership website) is what you pay "after a $4000 down payment."That means you're literally not advertising the price of the car. You're advertising the price of the car minus 4 stacks. If this isn't illegal, it is at best an ABHORRENTLY misleading sales tactic. Absolutely ignominious.I knew the deal I saw was too good to be true ?. Bye Felicia.

I was already prequalified by a few lenders and saved the certificates. I expressed my interest in one of their vehicles in which Sandi stated,” that’s the car I want too.” I brushed it off, and then Donna called me and says how I needed a co-signer, and double the car sales price, which made no sense because I was already prequalified. I sent proof of being prequalified. No answer back. Very sketchy dealership, be aware. They proceeded to insult and discriminate my credit. They entered false info into finances I DID HAVE VALID PAYSTUBS directly from the company!!! Stay away from these POS

These people are weird rude liars. This is how they react when I told them I was already prequalified and found out they lied about the down payment required. THEY WANTED 4K down not the lender lol. Super shady and disrespectful!!! Stay away!!! Look At the other reviews too . Bad lending practices . I gave REAL paystubs I guess she never seen someone ever make that much with bad credit :) haha . CREDIT DOESNT MEAN ANYTHING. Maybe in your car world but in real life don’t get slapped!!

We bought a car there and it was quick and easy! Sandy was very helpful and we were able to make all arrangements (other than signing) over email and text. They were upfront and clear over the cost, the $2,000 deposit, the warranty and paperwork. I’m not sure why some bad reviews but for us it was a great experience! We drove the car right away from Long Island to upstate (about 5 hours) and it was a great experience with them and the car. We would definitely consider buying from them again even with the long drive.

Contacted them 2/3 days before about a car they have listed on CarGuru and the person on the phone tells me that price doesn’t include a 2k down payment on top of the listed price. Ok doesn’t really make sense but I keep looking. Ryantells me the car is actually 2k more than the listed price, plus $2,500 deposit, plus you’re required to buy a warranty because the warranty that comes with the car doesn’t pass on to a new owner. That is an absolute lie. Warranty’s stay with the vehicle not the owners! If the car has 5year/ 80k miles then anyone who owns it gets that warranty until one of those terms are met. I wouldn’t suggest buying a roll of toilet paper here let alone a car. There are a lot dealerships out there that are transparent . Do not buy from them and be absolutely clear. They are not straightforward dealership

I called early in the week about a car they have listed on CarGuru and the person on the phone tells me that price doesn’t include a 2k down payment on top of the listed price. Ok doesn’t really make sense but I keep looking. Today I noticed that car sold but they have another one. This time I get someone named Sandi that literally lives up to the used car person reputation. She tells me the car is actually 2k more than the listed price, plus $2,500 deposit, plus you’re required to buy a warranty because the warranty that comes with the car doesn’t pass on to a new owner. That is an absolute lie. Warranty’s stay with the vehicle not the owners! If the car has 5year/ 80k miles then anyone who owns it gets that warranty until one of those terms are met. I wouldn’t suggest buying a roll of toilet paper here let alone a car. There are a lot dealerships out there that are transparent and honest but this isn’t one of them!

I called about a car advertised for $12,990. After speaking with someone on the phone they told me that does NOT include a $2,000 down payment. Ripoff!!!!!!!!!!!

Ryan was great!! Due to Covid it was tricky viewing the car. Not only did Ryan keep in touch with me thru text, but he took all the appropriate photos, answered every question I had and even made sure I got the same model car I wanted but with better mileage. The car was delivered to me in brooklyn with all the paperwork and keys and it was beautiful. I was nervous about the whole process because I had never done anything like that before but Ryan was very helpful and professional. He even answered some questions I had about registration a few weeks after the purchase had already I definitely recommend.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR FROM LITERALLY and I'm not exaggerating. They rip you off take your money and then give you trashed car they try to cover little things up so if you do buy a car from here make sure that you check for ever little thing such as tired missing lug nuts glued on parts unusual noises in your car I recommend you do not buy a vehicle from here because of my experience

Purchased a Volkswagen CC back at the very end of October. 3 Months later the motor blew and I was out a car. As expected AutoRama would not stand behind it since they aren't liable. Also they charge $1000 fee on every vehicle that they sell which is insane! Be very careful if you purchase from them, they use their “mechanic†next door to give the green light on the car, and clearly they don't check enough. The icing on the cake here has to be that they “replaced†the battery in the car after I spoke to them and told them it was weak, and about a month later the battery wouldn't hold a charge. This was supposed to be a brand new battery. They also didn't register my vehicle with the DMV for over a months and started harassing me for pictures of the vehicle. I called the DMV in Albany and they said the pictures were not required, and that they never received any paperwork from this dealership. This dealer is everything we all hate about used car sales, from the steep fees, to cheap replacement parts, and late registrations. STAY AWAY.

Olivert was extremely helpful and answered any questions i had and made sure i got the car i wanted... not your typical dealership, very realistic, honest and they actually want to help you. Extremely happy with my purchase and the help from Olivert, Sandy and Ryan. Thanks!
