Go to a different branch. A simple withdrawal could not be completed. This was due to a rude teller refusing to admit she was processing the transaction incorrectly, even when another teller offered to help and correct the issue. When the 2nd teller took us to a new window and processed the withdrawal in seconds, she stormed off into the back and closed the door behind her. Not worth the aggravation at this branch.

Wantaugh team was excellent as usual. Carlene & Tyesha are a pleasure to deal with. Both are personable, & an asset to Bank of America. Both resolve my problem. I am a happy camper.

Tyesha, the Senior Banker, is wonderful Anytime my husband or I need help with our personal or business account she is always there to help us. She goes above and beyond her normal duties.

Horrible location. I sat and waited for help for 20 minutes without 1 person acknowledging my existence and had to leave without getting the help I needed. I will never come back here.

Today I called my local branch of Bank of America. Wantagh, LI, NY to get a form notarized. One paragraph, one page to sell an apartment. I have three accounts there. An appointment was made for 30 minutes from the call, 10:15 AM.When I arrived, I was invited to sit down at the first desk and the woman asked for my ID and debit card. Another woman, I was told was “observing”. The two women began reading my form and discussing it among themselves. Then took my papers and said they had to see if they can notarize this. I explained that my papers were obviously stating I was selling the apartment, I even had the lawyers’ forms to say I was authorized to sell the property. Both women took my papers and left the room. I told them that they were to notarize that it was me and I have done this with as many as 30 pages. Would they want to read all the 30 pages? They were terribly unprofessional, both of them, to take my papers out of my sight to show someone (no clue if the third person was authorized). When they came back, a few minutes later, I asked to have my papers back and left, I went to my car and called Chase, down the road and went there. Still angry, I explained to the gentleman what happened, and he said there are some things that he cant notarized but it is obvious that this is not one of them. In less than 5 minutes I was done. At the Bank of America, it was more than 10 minutes and was still not started.

Just started coming to Wantagh branch, I had a issue with my business account and they went above and beyond my expectations, the Manager, don't recall her name should be promoted or given a very nice bonus, will never bank anywhere else!

I’m the Bank of America Wantagh, NY branch client a very long time (decades).Last Saturday 2/11/23 I went to the bank and asked for a notary stamp on document that was type in Ukrainian language. They refused to notarize my signature, because it was Ukraine language. I offered them a translation of the document , but they don’t want to accepted. I went to a different bank around a corner. The TD bank offered their services as well as the Capital One.I won’t recommend Bank of America to anyone. As a result I’m going to close my account.

This bank is nothing but a pain in the neck. Manager and staff are so rude and lack of knowledge. No respect to their loyal customers and most of the time it's a long wait. I wish I can give zero stars to this branch, because of their rude Manager. She has no idea how to troubleshoot any issue. No more banking here. I love my TD bank :-)

Poor customer service. The last 3 times I've had to in to the bank and wait on line for bank window service and each time there's only 1 clerk!!

Shame on Bank of America I deposited a check into my account on 4/15 It was drawn on a local bank and they are holding the funds till the 24th although my other bank has already cleared the check they are using my money and holding me hostage shame on you Bank of America I am reporting you to the Better Business Bureau !!!
