Two months ago our daughter was the victim of a cyber attack, her banking information was exposed and these criminals were able to take her savings. Citibank did absolutely nothing to secure her money. They are blaming our daughter for not securing her information. I blame Citibank for not protecting a large sum of money from being taken. It is sad how they are making our daughter the criminal in this case. The actual criminal got away and all we are left with is sadness and despair. We were loyal customers of Citibank for over 30 years. At this point we are in the process of taking our money to a more secure bank. So afraid of this ever happening again.

We are in the process of removing our money from this bank after my daughter was the victim of a cyber crime and the bank is refusing to return her stolen money. $26,000 in total! The manager at this branch, Jennifer Wilson, is aware of our situation. Yet, when my wife and I walked in last week to remove out items from our vault, she saw us and dashed to her office because she does not want to be bothered. Be advised...your money is not safe at Citibank and this branch is awful.

Extremely poor management. All employees working there don't show any interest in job responsibilities. Manager simply ignore long lines and customers issues.
