I have nothing but nice things to say about Bellmore Edible Arrangements. A beautiful and delicious arrangement was sent to me as a thank you gift. It was delivered by a very nice and friendly person named Anthony. I wasn't home the first time he came by. I received a very nice phone call from Anthony a little while later and he came back. Friendly and courteous service along with delicious fruit, how could you go wrong with that! Thank You Anthony!

I made an online order for pick-up. Order was ready at the selected pickup time and the person that helped me (maybe the owner?) when I got to the store was very quick and friendly. Overall a good and easy experience.

STAY AWAY!! RUDE & AWFUL!! I would give it a ZERO if I could. First of all the driver leaned into my ring camera and was making weird faces. He had no identifying clothing or tag showing that he worked for them. Frankly, I was afraid to open to the door thinking he would just leave it at the door. Customer service is beyond awful!! I called the store because the driver left a tag on the door, we missed our delivery. I asked why they didn't just leave the package. Well I got a very nasty rant about who's going to pay for it if it gets stolen. This comment seemed racially charged given the town I live in. I live in a very safe neighborhood and have never had anything stolen from my porch. I do understand that is a concern of theirs but what I don't understand is why he could not just tell me that it's not their practice to leave packages because they have had some deliveries stolen and then it costs them money. Instead, he was rude, got loud with me then hung up on me. It was a man and I'm guessing is the same person everyone on the reviews have been complaining about. I will never go to that store to make a purchase and will ask all my friends & family to choose another store when sending edible arrangement gifts. I cannot believe Edible Arrangements would tolerate a person like this representing their company and will surely be making a complaint to their corporate office.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. If you have a reward don’t bother using it here they are going to make you feel bad. Easier to just get the same thing for less money at Stop n shop

I recently ordered from Edible Arrangements and had an outstanding five-star experience. The fruit arrangements were exceptional, with fresh and high-quality fruit expertly arranged in creative and beautiful designs. The menu had a variety of options, including classic fruit arrangements and unique combinations that were sure to satisfy any taste.The service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who provided great service throughout my order and delivery. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations that enhanced my overall experience.The delivery was prompt and the fruit arrangements arrived in perfect condition, making for a beautiful and impressive gift for my recipient. The packaging and presentation were impressive and added an extra level of sophistication to the overall experience.Overall, my experience with Edible Arrangements was exceptional and left me wanting to return. If you're looking for a beautiful and delicious gift or treat with great service, Edible Arrangements is definitely worth a visit. I highly recommend it!

I would like to start off by saying that I’ve been ordering from edible arrangements for many years now and from multiple locations. I normally have a great experience with customer service, delivery, and the products that I receive. However, Friday 5/5/23 I went into the Bellmore, NY location to redeem a reward and I had the WORSE experience ever. This was the first time that I have ever personally experienced a form of racism. The employee I dealt with, whose name is Fredrick, started out by asking me for my name so that way he could pull up my account. After retrieving my account information, he proceeded to ask me a multitude of questions such as but not limited to “how are you getting all of these rewards, You don't spend money in this particular location" why don't you go to a location closer to your house? Etc. After explaining to him that I spend a lot of money at Edible Arrangements and that is how I am able to get rewards and also, I am here because this location is closest to my house. Although I knew I didn't have too, I explained that I moved to East Meadow from Cambria Heights hoping this information would add some clarity as to why I was there but he still blatantly told me I needed to go somewhere else to redeem this reward. When I asked him why and isn't this a participating location he replied saying yes it is but then he simply stated "you need to go somewhere else"After walking to my car in pure disbelief, embarrassment and shock I decided to call the corporate office while I was parked in front of the store, trying to calm down. I spoke with a representative who was very understanding and apologetic. He proceeded to open a case and told me I was entitled to my reward and corporate will contact me within 24hrs. After that call I was hopeful and decided to go back inside to claim my reward, but again Fredrick told me I needed to go somewhere else, this time he pointed at the door as he said it.There is much more to this degrading and racist encounter but never in my 30+ years have I ever experienced such thing. I give this location a 0 rating and I will continue to work with corporate to make sure this act of racism is properly addressed because It would be disheartening if anyone else has an encounter like mine.

Save your money and don’t order from here, had the most unprofessional and unpleasant experience with the staff here. You’re better off going ANYWHERE else!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is horrendous and the staff is unprofessional, if you wanna order $80 worth of fruit and never receive it, this is the place for you! You're better off going ANYWHERE else. Don't waste ur time.

I should have known better to order a birthday arrangement or anything from this store. He can give a f!!!!!! I ordered on Line and followed up with a call about delivey. All he did was yell with nasty attitude so stupid he was not listening like a brat of the age of 3. I understood there are no delivery windows. NP I replied thank you. He just disconnected my call. Total ANIMAL, not a happy man, needs help. Sad his store will have to close from all the bad reviews. Unnecessary behavior. Ironic that when you dial the store number message is very pleasant and how they do happy in this store!!!! Being respectful and kind is easier than to be so hostile to customers who wanted to give you business. Drown. I speak the truth and dislike to say that many believe he is a racist, and he made that clear to me. Nasty makes me want to barf. No man should ever talk to a women in that tone. You miserable being. You go low we go high. God doesn't like ugly. Yuck. BS

I stopped in, to make a quick purchase for my daughter and her friends. Fred was so helpful, funny and kind. I'm so jealous the girls are getting the fruit and not me ;) It looked exquisite! I will be back for sure.

I came into this edible arrangements today because someone told me you can get a free "treat box" today. We were greeted rather poorly. We kindly asked for a free treat box and the man literally threw the box on the table and had such a horrible attitude. I understand that they're giving away a free item but it wasn't busy. I love edible arrangements but I will make sure to order from a different location when I make my next purchase. It seems like after reading other's reviews, I'm not alone with this experience
