As a first time homebuyer, it cannot be a more reassuring experience than having Lou inspecting the house for me. Lou is extremely thorough and professional, meticulously checking and documenting all kinds of issues big and small. He literally leaves no stone unturned. He also provides a very detailed report that is a great resource for me to maintain the house later on. Lou is the most responsible inspector I can imagine, and I cannot recommend him more highly.

Lou was a very professional and knowledgeable home inspector. He thoroughly went through the house inside and out. Very grateful for his in depth knowledge on identifying issues and providing solutions. The home inspection report was sent to me the same day of the inspection and it was very detailed. Highly recommend to all. His fee is very reasonable and very worth it. He also answers any questions you may have.

Louis is so thorough with his inspection that it is mind boggling. I got an Inspection for a roughly 20-year old clean, reasonably well built and maintained property. Nonetheless, Lous sent an extraordinarily detailed report highlighting every single big and small thing that could be fixed. The sellers belong to a family of builders and they custom built the property for themselves. Louis was able to find structural issues even in this scenario. Hats off to his expertise. The fee he charges is well deserved.

I contacted Lou this week for a time-sensitive request for a condo inspection in Manhattan. Lou was responsive, professional, personable and thorough.First, Lou promptly responded to me when I reached out. He gave me a ring, we coordinated a time for the inspection and went into detail as to how the inspections as going to address the concerns I had. He has experience with condos, gets the sale process and the concerns that purchasers have before buying.Second, Lou coordinated with my agent to conduct the inspection with the tenant in place. He arrived early, his inspection was state-of-the-art and very thorough, and he got me the report faster than I anticipated he would.All around, I’m very glad I found Lou, would highly recommend him and will certainly use him for *any* inspections I need in the future.

He arrived early and did a thorough job of the exterior including the garage and roof before going inside. Even the agents at the site were very impressed and have started recommending Lou to other clients for inspections! 10 stars! Amazing job
