“Dia was amazing !! Needed a store close to my location and this one had great reviews.
I'm very jaded when it comes to Verizon and its customer support but Dia changed all that.
She was kind, courteous and excellent at her job and I walked out with two brand new phones and saved about $10 a month.
Even though this is not close to my house, this will be my go to place for any Verizon wireless issues

“Had an amazing experience today at this store because of Jose!!
Yesterday, I upgraded my daughter's phone and had to pick it up at the Apple store, only to find out that the associate in a different store put the iPhone on my phone number instead of my daughter's.
Needless to say, we had to go to T-mobile to have the numbers switched to the correct phones. We happened upon this location and were lucky to get Jose to help us! Not only was he knowledgeable, he was patient, personable and extremely kind!
This store is out of the way for me, but in the future, I will definitely go back there for any issues I may have.

“The service I received at this Verizon location was exceptional. I visited this Verizon store on Sunday August 30, 2026. The service representative, D'Andre and the Senior Manager, Chiliyah Leak, had an incredible amount of experience, knowledge and patience. I was greeted with a smile throughout the time I was there. I was there for about 2 hours, however, I was upgrading to a new iphone and adding three new phones lines on three old iphones to my family plan which can be a time consuming process. They worked diligently and methodically to make sure everything was set up correctly. They also made sure I was getting the best possible package financially. It can be hard working in customer service, but it comes naturally for D'Andre and Chiliyah. I cannot thank them enough for the time and effort they took out of their day to make sure my family plan was set up and running without a hitch. Much appreciated to them and would highly recommend this Verizon location for any of your phone needs!”

“I had been dealing with an issue with Verizon for the last 3 days, and every time I called customer service, I spent almost 2 hours a day trying to get it resolved with no real solution.
Then I came here and met Ms. Taylor. Honestly, she was amazing. She listened to the problem, understood exactly what needed to be done, and fixed it in literally a minute.
After wasting so much time on the phone for 3 days, I couldn’t believe how quickly she solved it. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and actually cared about helping me.

“I have been billed for HBO max since April, although I dont have TV Service from Optimum. I have been unable to remove the charge from my bill, even though I have spoken with reprsentatives from Optimum. I keep deducting the $13.78 from my bill each month. If this is not cleared up soon, I guess i'll have to cancel my Optimum service altogether.Jack Horowitz”
