I strolled into this Mattress firm after endless online mattress searches. I met with Ted (salesperson) who asked me what I was looking for in a bed, made me take a quick quiz, and showed me the mattresses I was recommended. I ended up buying a nice Sleepy's Hybrid mattress that was on sale for an excellent price (50% off), and two charcoal pillows. Ted ensured I got the best deal and continued to follow up days after to make sure I got my order on time. 5/5 experience from me. Thank you Ted!

Had a great shopping experience at Mattress Firm with Tom C he was courteous friendly and very knowledgeable about the mattresses in the store. I'm a handicapped and on oxygen he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable even offering me water. Would definitely recommend your store and Tom.

I stopped in to get some information for a specialty item for my infimed mom. Tom C. , the store manager went above and beyond to assist me. His patience and helpfulness were very refreshing in a world where people do not seem to want to help the customer. I highly recommend seeing Tom at Mattress Firm in Wantagh for all your bedding needs!

Tom made the entire experience about my 7yo daughter. He guided her to make the best decision for her new bed and was incredibly patient and educated both of us how to make best decision. Cant recommend Tom Cunniff enough.

Tom Cunniff, the manager at the Wantagh Mattress Firm was a huge help in finding the right mattress for us. He was very knowledgeable not only about mattresses but also explained the sleep process and what we should look for in a new mattress. He spent alot of time with us and didn't rush or pressure us. If you're shopping for a new mattress we highly recommend seeing Tom at Mattress Firm on sunrise highway in wantagh.

Tom Cunniff the Store manager was amazing and truly the best at helping my boyfriend and I decide/pick the perfect King mattress for us and I can’t thank him enough. His knowledge about all the mattresses and the way you sleep to help us narrow down the perfect mattress was beyond helpful and we are so glad with our purchase I can’t recommend anyone else to help besides Tom!! Before visiting this Wantagh location, my search for the perfect mattress came to be more difficult than I had planned. I had a very strict budget that no one seemed to consider at other places until speaking with their store manager, Tom Cunniff. Unlike any other salesman that I had previously spoken with, Tom listened to exactly what I wanted, how much I was willing to spend, and how quickly I needed a mattress before suggesting anything. And with this, he was seamlessly able to direct me to the perfect product that I would have never otherwise looked at. Not only was this a swift, easy, and successful interaction with Tom, but he made me laugh the whole way through! Tom is the best and I would recommend him to anyone!

My fiancé and I came in to purchase a mattress and Tom the Store Manager provided quality customer service. We came in with a specific budget and at no point did he try to oversell. He taught us the ins and outs of matress buying and his patience is proof of how much he cares for his customers. Could not recommend more! We can’t wait to purchase another mattress from him again!

Ted Goldspiel was a wonderful salesman and took his time and showed us all different mattresses even tho he knew what we came in for. We will certainly come back when we want to buy another mattress. His knowledge and friendliness was comforting. We are happy we stopped in mattress firm this afternoon! Thank you to Ted for helping us and for your wonderful customer service. Went into this store to just test some mattresses out, as we were in need of something else for a while now. Tom Cunniff, the store manager, helped me and was so professional and kind. He walked us through all of our possible options and was considerate of our price points and budget. He was able to apply different sales and promotions, and I left this visit having purchased a new mattress, adjustable base, mattress protector and pillows. Highly recommend this store and working with Tom if you are in the market for a new bed!!
