The staff are mostly older people that know and care about their products and customers. I had to go back to ask questions and decided to go to the Oceanside location instead because of my horrible experience in the Merrick store. It was like night and day. Robert T. went above and beyond to assist me. I explained what I needed and he provided me with guidance and examples so I could thoroughly understand what I needed for my project. “The store was fine. I tried microfiber roller cover for 1st time, best one they sell, covered great, but halfway into job bits of fibers started coming off. Stick with purdy, less coverage, but zero issues.”
