Junior and Justin were great! They fixed my phone after it totally bugged out for like 2-4Days I had no access couldn’t get in the phone or get calls whatever they did they did it very quickly and they are extremely Knowledgable in iPhones TMobil’s guys u r the best!!!! I am soooo grateful for ever grateful!!!!Use them..THEY ARE THE BEST!! Oh n Rebecca I s soo nice too!!!

Went in for the 1st time for "tmobile Tuesday" merch free glass. As soon as i stepped in one of the guys was like "if you are here for the glass, we don't have any more". Meanwhile one of the staff is standing there with a tmobile bag and i can see he had about 3 of the glass in his bag. I asked so whats that..hes like well thats for US! I hope TMOBILE- sees this review. I've been a TMOBILE customer over 15 years and this is the first time i went in for the merch. What a disappointment!

Justin at this location is the best person I’ve ever dealt with while buying a new phone. We purchased two phones last night and it was a seamless no nonsense process and he did it all while simultaneously helping multiple clients since the store was so busy. Highly recommend this location and Justin for all your T-Mobile needs!

Yesterday (A Sunday) - I had to replace a broken phone (Rain Damage). I was in a rush since I had my stepson's daughter's Baptism and then going to see a concert where the tickets are etickets only.. The store opens at 11am and I arrived about 5 minutes early and was surprised when the door was unlocked. I asked if they were open - they said come in - I explained the situation and they reviewed my account - gave me upgrade options and truly worked with me to make sure the best option (and Lowest Cost!!!) was available for me. They even informed me that they can clone my phone and the screens and data would be the same. The staff really came through for me and actually made it not just a painless experience but a pleasant one as well. Made the Baptism on time - enjoyed the concert (Marshall Tucker Band) and really thank you all - Special shout out to Khah (I think that is how he spells his name..) Truly first class treatment. As an aside I think the store was so busy helping me (before they even officially opened!!) they forgot to log the store into the main computer system - I hope Corporate lets it slide - since, it was my fault - they were helping me!!!

I recently went in to upgrade my iPhone 11 to an iPhone 14 pro.I was greeted and helped almost immediately. I was helped by almost every employee in the store especially Ed I believe it was his first time activating a line for a customer and I can tell he was trained very well, he did wonderful and kept me entertained with pleasant conversation the entire time, he had his team near him in case he had questions. My screen protector was carefully put on my phone was replaced once the first one didn't pass the bubble test. The customer service was awesome! My time went pretty quickly and would only come back here for any help or future purchases. Thank you guys :)

BUYER BEWARE!!! Had I been able to leave zero stars, I would. I just went in to purchase a phone for my daughter and had a small issue apparently made into a large issue from the most horrible manager ever. Christina L. the so called manager whom should not have a job at all because she was so arrogant and nasty. She told me I needed to call customer service and so I did. (I was actually going to cancel T-Mobile for my service that i have had for 19 yeras) That's when a wonderful woman LaShay helped me over the phone while the store manager gave her an attitude through speaker phone. DONT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION IF YOU LIKE HOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I rather not say anything. Employees some were nice and helpful while some debating me, nothing got resolved. Been mis informed that caused major issues and sadly countless have reported the same. The Employees i get have a job to do, but, majority of personalities were ridiculous! So myself,family and friends will be going to another carrier. Just today T Mobile made an error again on him with extra charges. If you actually stay with them, keep on top of everything. Again the store Employees most of them were nice. One was arrogant and needs to grow up!

Went in here with my mom (it is her account) and she wanted to buy me a new phone. We were greeted by really nice, helpful staff, until we ran into an obstacle.. they had to call the manager out to confirm something for the account. This woman named Christina L. Came out of the backroom and was trying to tell us to change something on the account. My mom has had this account with TMobile for 20 years - why now, would she change anything? Esp if there is nothing wrong with it? Christina continuously gave us an additude and turned down our sale. She insisted, instead, we call T-Mobile customer service to help us. So we did and a VERY nice woman Lashay helped us! She ordered us a phone and helped with the small account issue. That should have never been an issue to begin with. Not only did Christina L make my mom very upset in the store, but my mom was also debating about switching carriers. Christina gave us problems and didn't even help us.. just sent us elsewhere to just purchase the phone. Very unprofessional and unacceptable to be treated by staff this way.

Stopped in today after having a bad experience at another Tmobile store. Had a great experience and the customer service was awesome!
