Very polite and professional. We took our 2 black labs in today 3/30/24. It was a last minute appointment which they accommodated without hesitation. It was the first time for the 7 month old and she had a cute pink flower collar on when we picked them up. They looked great and well groomed.

Today I visited VIP PET A GROOMING STUDIO, I was delighted with the kindness of the girls who work there, they were very kind and when I went to pick up my 3-month-old puppy Caramel my puppy I found him happy, he definitely also received an excellent treatment.

We have been using VIP Grooming for over 3 years now and it’s always been a positive experience. Fur babies always come out smelling so lovely and happy. Staff is professional and they make us feel like our fur babies are always in good hands.
