Giovanni and his brother Danny do an outstanding job on the car and their staff are closely monitored and most of the car washers go above and beyond to make your car look great. Sue inside is very friendly and easy to talk to as are the other register folks. Great place great people solid management

A high end car wash. From the interior cleaning to the hand wiping, this car wash really does a great job. I use to have a gentleman come to my location to properly wash my car. Wantagh Car Wash is even better and a lot more economical. Kudos to the manager, Yobani. He has a consumer friendly manner and a wonderful knowledge on how to properly detail or wash your car.I would strongly recommend Wantagh Car Wash to anybody who enjoys their vehicle as much as I enjoy mine.

A nice car wash, and they do a really good job. But they charged me $35.00 for a full service wash, and I think this is on the high side.

Wantagh Hand Car Wash is exceptional! The customer service is amazing, not to mention the way my car looks afterwards. They treat it with care and quality! The professionalism and care with handling the detailing is A1. I will not be going anywhere else as the quality and level of accommodation is unmatched!

The worst car wash experience of my life. I have been to many car wash places and i have never been this disappointed. All they do is hoover which they also do a mediocre job at. I can still see dust in the corners. The windows weren’t even cleaned properly. They left the napkins in my cup holder. I can’t believe they are charging so much to do such a bad job. Never returning here. Save your money and go to a different place that actually show care in their work.

this place deserves 0 stars… I went today to get a car wash and payed $35 for it legit looking the same as it was before…. such a rip off they legit finished within 5 min…you could’ve at least wiped it down a little this is so embarrassing for your company I normally never write reviews but needed to for this!!

The customer service here is fantastic and all the guys here do a great job keeping my Tesla fresh and clean. I also use a monthly unlimited plan and I can bring my car in as often as I want. Highly recommended!

Paid for the $59 package went there because it said hand wash and have a new truck. Was exactly 18 minutes wash and truck is still dirty missed a ton of spots outside. Now looking back at the reviews I shouldn't have went here. Owner needs to do something besides responding to everyone's bad review with saying give us another chance. Quality needs to go up.

Paid almost $70 with tip for a car wash! I can tell they didn't even touch my center console. There were still crumbs and splash stains by my cup holder. Owner-Do you think thats acceptable????

Great car wash that doesn't ONLY wash cars, they do window tinting also, brought my specialty car in to get tinted and they did an amazing job. I will be back to get my calipers painted also. Nothing beats a nice clean job, and they came though!

Had a coupon for 30 days of free car washes from “delivery date of vehicle.” I bought the car months ago but cashed in on the coupon yesterday and was promptly shut down and said it has to be “30 days from when the car was purchased.” The coupon did not clarify that and even still I was understanding of the error, acknowledged it as a misinterpretation and was prepared to move on. The lady behind the counter insisted on calling me a “dope” for not understanding this. Sorry I did not think to a get a brand new car washed 30 times. Even after this stupid remark, I was still willing to let it go and not even acknowledge it. Then she doubled down on it as I walked away from the counter and yelled across the whole store that “You gotta read better. you gotta be able to read that better!” To work a full day and choose to spend the first part of my evening at a car wash was annoying as it is, but to have my intelligence questioned and mocked is unreasonable and beyond ridiculous. I grew up in the area and have already told all my family members and friends to steer clear of this car wash unless they feel like being belittled and talked down to. The car wash itself was also just “ehh” and not at all worth the experience. Look elsewhere.

My family and I just leased this car and Wantah Hand Car Wash was recommended by Hassett Subaru. It was taken for a wash this morning, and when my dad got back home (this was about a 15 minute commute) he noticed a very deep scratch on the trunk door (photo 1). He immediately went back and the two employees he spoke with completely denied responsibility and said they even washed expensive cars at their business (was that some sore of dig at our car?) and kept stressing they "hand washed" them, as if that gives them more credibility? The most that was done (apart from the constant denying) was polishing the scratch, which lessened it but it's still noticeable (see photo 2). They basically just denied, denied, and denied. I highly suggest if you are foolish enough to use this car wash, TAKE PHOTOS of your car BEFORE and AFTER. I wonder what these employees would do if someone scratched and damaged their car like they did to ours? Don't do onto other what you don't want done to you. If you mess up, take accountability. It makes you actually look professional, which this car wash is a far cry from.
