“The management team here at Vista Point really cares about their residents. They have been doing really cool events lately, like pop-up food trucks coming on site, meet & greets with refreshments, and the latest one, a hot chocolate station for the holiday season. Little things like this go a long way. Today, while stopping in the office for a hot chocolate, was greeted by two members of the management team, Tammy & Jenna, they were both courteous & professional. Thank you!”

Eastdale is perfect for us as we downsized from our large home and needed a place that did not need work. We have a beautiful apartment that gives us space and gorgeous surroundings! “Apartment hunting so stressful and especially finding one that is dog friendly. Working with Taylor was a blessing and she was able to find me the right apartment for me and my furry friend that was budget friendly and close to school. “I'm not in the property yet; I move in on March 15. The process of applying and getting approved had the potential to be challenging, but Lisa in the main leasing office did an amazing job keeping me updated and guiding me every step of the way to ensure my application was properly filled out. I’m fortunate to say that I was approved for the apartment I was looking for, and my move-in date is March 15. Saying that I’m excited to move in is an understatement. The grounds look beautiful, and so far, everyone I’ve met has been very friendly. I can’t wait to call Mountain View Apartments my home. An added bonus is that my little four-year-old will be attending school right next door. The comfort this gives my wife and me can't be put into words. I look forward to joining the Mountain View community, making new friends, going on new adventures, and living my best life.”
“My wife and I have been residents here at Ridgefield since 2016. Very satisfied with the complex's management and the maintenance team. I haven't had many issues come up (all just basic maintenance requests), but when they do, they are handled quickly and do not need repeated subsequent requests. I would highly recommend prospective tenants to take a tour here! It's not the cheapest place around, but you get what you pay for.”

“We enjoyed living at Chelsea Ridge (2017-2018). It's a woodsy, secluded area and was very peaceful, even though it's a huge complex. Loved the balcony and walk-in closet, and the area wildlife that would occasionally come out of the woods. Never had any issues, or felt unsafe. You can hear the neighbors sometimes, but it was never obnoxious or grating. Thanks for the memories!”
